Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. And I've had A LOT of dental work done. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and my teeth showed it. I had a lot of cavities after pregnancy wreaked havoc on my teeth. I began to cry when she started telling her assistant what needed to be done. What did the dentist do? She shamed me for crying. She told me not to cry, then stuck me in a back office BY MYSELF until I could "calm down" (presumably to save face in front of her other clients). Then a print out of the cost was shoved in my face before I was finally allowed to leave an hour later. Needless to say I didn't go back and here I am writing this review. I only give it 1 star because the facility was nice, the dentist was just not at all. Find someone else if you don't want a heartless person to earn your business.

Such a GREAT doctor and staff. I had work done with sedation, I couldnt be more grateful for how smooth and calm the process was. I definitely recommend for any dental work especially work with sedation. Thank you Randolph Family Dental!!!

Called to make an appointment for a cleaning, explaining I had some health issues. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional. The office was clean, and they provide PPE shoe and hair coverings, and did a temperature check as soon as I walked in. I really had peace of mind that they have their patients well being as a priority. Again, the staff were warm and welcoming.

My kids have gone here for years, but I stayed away from the dentist for longer than I care to say. But finally I couldn't put it off any longer. Needless to say, it turned out I had extensive work that needed to be done. Whatever dread I felt at the prospect was swiftly done away with as Dr. Vardeman and her wonderful staff expertly and gently guided me through the process. They throughly explained my treatment options and let me decide what worked best for me, and if I had any questions all I had to do was call and time was made for me. I can't say enough about this great staff! I highly recommend Randolph Family Dental to everyone, but particularly for someone like me who stayed away from the dentist for so long. I say go ahead and take that first step. They will make it easy for you.

Dr V and her staff have earned the highest possible endorsement I can give. As an out of Towner (from Massachusetts) who has great friends in San Antonio who recommended Randolph Family Dental, I'm a very satisfied patient. Throughout this whole process of getting lower implants the whole staff has been Outstanding! I was briefed on every procedure before it happened and cared for like family from start to finish. Thank you To everyone at Randolph Family Dental in Schertz, Tx. I can smile again.

If you value your time this is not the place for you. My first appt was 4 weeks ago. Left work early. The front desk staff were rude but decided to meet Doc. The hygenist and doc were pleasant. Then I had to get medical clearance for dental wirk. Waited 2 weeks for medical appt and left work early again. Finally I can get teeth cleaning today. Left work early for 2:00 appt. I arrive to clinic and it is CLOSED with a sign saying they were closed this week due to unforeseen problem. I did not receive a call or text to notify me. I have spent weeks and loss of 16 hours of work for nothing! I won't be coming back

Great team and wonderful dentist! Starting with temperature checks is definitely a peace of mind. I don't have to worry abt anyone with a possible fever and getting sick. Dr. V and the staff are amazing and trust worthy and that is hard to find. Thank you for being amazing everyone!

Awesome dental office! They took great care of me and we're very understanding and empathetic. Dr. Vardeman and her staff team walked me threw the process of getting my million dollar smile and even helped me with financing when my insurance didn't want to copay! Thanks for giving me my perfect smile ladies! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Thank you guys at the office for helping me take care of my teeth even though I was nervous, my treatment was more simple than I thought and even though I was really nervous they were very understanding and helped me be more comfortable. 10/10 dental office and dental team!

My experience was completely wonderful! The Staff are All absolutely amazing at the care the give too All of their patients!!!! Sure... 5 stars for Dr V's personality, but you have to rate the dental work and customer service. Customers should not have to keep coming back for various dental work done to keep correcting an issue. First it's take a filling out to replace it with a new filling. Then it becomes a cracked tooth (dental work caused), to now shaving to put in a temp crown, and then come back to have a perm crown put on. There's always a lady with an accent who will come sit next to you with the money bag.... (This is what it will cost, etc.). Last, appointments mean appointments.... If someone has a 2:00 pm appointment, let's go! Customers should not have to wait in the lobby, then get in the back in a chair and wait another 1/2 hour to hour..... Only stating the facts that are the truth....
