This office is incredible! I was so nervous! The team was amazing - front desk team was efficient, knowledgeable, everyone at the office made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!

Very fortunate and extremely pleased that no bleeding, swelling or pain through day 5 after my oral surgery (I have been pretty good following the post surgery instructions). Realize that this is not the norm, but I'll take it. Had a very tough time after having impacted wisdom teeth taken out many years ago, so was dreading this visit. Now looking forward to eating normally again. Dr. Grewal and the staff were very thorough in explaining everything. Although I hope never to need oral surgery again, I would return without hesitation if it was necessary.

Hackettstown staff was wonderful. Fully explained procedures I need. They even called my insurance company while I was there so they could give me better idea of cost. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Explained everything clearly before, during, and after procedure. Called to make sure I was recovering okay too. The doctor and nurses made sure I was comfortable the whole time and the office staff are some of the nicest I've ever met. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Grewal and Michelle were amazing. I was apprehensive due to a previous experience with an oral surgeon. Dr. Grewal was sympathetic and understanding and put me at ease. The procedure was painless and any anxiety/fear was overcome by their kindness and skill. Highly recommend Dr. Grewal.

My dentist of 20 years referred me to them. Was told molar extraction is $705. Was not provided with breakdown. I was told they will obtain x-rays from my dentist and specialist who performed root canal, which they did. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes. I completed online registration. I was brought in and was directed to x-ray machine for ANOTHER one ($165) and am not sure why. Extraction was straight forward and provided x-rays should have been sufficient. X-tra money? Sat in dentist chair and was bombarded with 4-5 forms to sign including one where i initialed more than 20 places. Dentist comes in and I was asked if I had "laughing gas" before. I said yes many years ago. Asked if I want it I said sure. I WAS NOT told that it costs $160 for 30 minutes. Procedure took less than 10 minutes (was charged for 30 minutes). After calling to dispute the charge I was told "sorry" the girls should've told you the cost. Nothing can be done cause I "signed" the forms agreeing to it. Tough luck!!

I will be having major dental work done. I have read several reviews on the Hackettstown location. I want to writeI have not incurred any issues with this office. Bianca has been amazing regarding explaining procedure details prior to my consult and billing. The office also accommodated my crazy work schedule. Bianca even provided me a copy of MY dental insurance benefits when I arrived for my consultation. I had a CT scan and then went to see the dental assistant. I forgot her name but she has been with the group for 11 years. She was excellent. Explaining, confirming what questions/concerns I had and LISTENING . She then went to discuss with the Dentist/Doctor. When the Doctor came in, she explained and went over all my concerns that were discussed with the dental assistant. Office staff is as important as the Doctor. ** next step: waiting for the Doctors recommendations and then I will be talking with, I believe Catherine in billing to discuss fees. I will update if I experience unfavorable fee's as we move toward. Again, many thanks to Bianca.

The facility is clean and staff is friendly. Bighearted thanks to Dr. Spatafora. He is professional, and courteous. He takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares for his patients. His pleasant demeanor and detailed explanation about the procedure made me feel at ease. I truly as well as honestly believe that Dr. Spatafora will continue to put that perfect smile on his patients' faces. I am also grateful to Dr. Spatafora's assistant, Kelly, who was also supportive and caring throughout the process.

First time I had a tooth extraction, gotta say it was the easiest experience ever. I had my fillings done two weeks prior at another dentist and that was more unpleasant than this was. Kudos to all the staff that were courteous, professional and compassionate. Did not feel any pain at all and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
