Our family have been visiting Randall North Dental for years. We always receive great service from the front office staff and excellent cleanings from the hygienists. When something more than a cleaning is necessary, we are always taken good care of by the caring dentist! Dr. Pod is amazingly calm and patient. Dr. Pod explains everything in detail and she answers all your questions.

Would not recommend this office just not an overall great experience. Went in for a cleaning, they took me in late polished my teeth first then cleaned the tarter off my teeth. Not sure why they did the procedure backwards

I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment to finish the work that has been started. I haven't heard back from the office yet. I called an office down the road crystal family and they got me in same day

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Randall North Dental Care. Was seen for fillings on both upper and lower left teeth in December. Fought consistent pain and extreme sensitivity for a month after being seen and was told at a second appointment that it was normal and nothing could be done. After another two months, had a horrendous TMJ flare up that took hundreds of dollars in chiropractic and medical care to even BEGIN resolving. Was seen again to rule out any serious issues and there were shape & height adjustments made to the fillings that apparently hadn't been done properly the first time. X-rays were taken and no decay or issue was noted. Now, its mid April and I'm awake all through the night with 9/10 pain in the same teeth and can barely eat without feeling like my teeth are coming out of my gums. Waiting for them to return a call so I can be seen AGAIN, hopefully by the other dentist and get this resolved. UPDATE: The painful tooth and area finally abscessed and swelled with pus. Went in for an x-ray and turns out, the painful tooth was dead and abscessed. Apparently there is some bone loss in the area as well. Had to have a root canal. Finished the treatment, and the dentist waited for me to pay the entire $750 dollar amount before pulling me into the back of the office where it was recommended that I take this review down. I was told the review wasn't show to the other dentist that did my root canal because they "didn't want it to affect how I was treated as a client" which absolutely blew my mind. To say the least, this review isn't coming down and I will be finding a new dentist after this experience. I was also told that the root canal and crown were not covered by my insurance and I had to pay cash for the root canal. The current office I'm at said that both the root canal AND the crown were covered by my same insurance that has remained unchanged.

Both doctors are very good, professional, and spends time with each patient. Always explains the treatment . Very good with kids. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule appointments . Always on time. Highly recommended to whole family.

The staff is amazing and always have a positive attitude. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. Have been going there for 5 years and I'm always impressed with their work. They're scheduling is very accommodating. One time I had pain in one of my teeth and they were able to schedule me pretty quickly. Would highly recommend.

I would give 0 stars. This is a Medicaid Clinic at best. When you arrive the front desk staff is either not there to greet you, just walking in, on her cell phone or eating oatmeal at the front desk. Don't bother calling either they don't answer the phone or return messages. I have called and asked repeatedly to send my X-rays that you charged me along with my records to a different office with no avail. Nice way to run a business. Secondly, the clinical staff seems to have no idea what they are doing. They don't wash their hands, they make you wait 30-40 minutes(while you can hear them talking and laughing in the back), no one speaks English, the Dr's arrive at the office 40 minutes late, they polish your teeth before your cleaning, one assistant is always walking around yawning or chewing food down the hallway, the assistants rudely rush in after the procedure has started to help the Dr. Talk about unprofessional staff. The office is dark they don't have any lights on or the blinds open. The floors are dirty, their X-ray equipment never seems to be operational. The bathroom in the waiting area is gross. Again, they don't seem to interact with the patient they just speak their own languages which is rude beyond measure. Very disappointed in the service and I will take my private PPO insurance elsewhere. What an embarrassment as an establishment.

One of the best places i ever been .I have had the good fortune of having dr pod and dr Adrian at Randall north dental care in Crystal lake The patience and work they do is not comparable with any other place I been before. All the stuff make you feel welcome hi with a smile. Dr pod or dr Adrian explains to you what you having done and what the process so you won be scare and feel uncomfortable. The place is always clean bathroom are clean. If u get thirsty they have water. Toys for kids. well before COVID now they remove them for good reason. Would you ever take your kid to a place if you know his gonna get hurt? No right? Well I take my there because I have the confidence they take care of my kid he always come out normal like nothing happened. I can not recommend enough. Thank you.
