I am beyond terrified of the dentist. However, going to Dr. Ruffs office the experience is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and comforting and constantly assure you everything is ok. Every hygienist is very knowledgeable and caring! Dr. Ruff is EXTREMELY efficient, quick and makes your time spent there feel so welcoming and you know he genuinely cares about you and how you feel

If I could give Dr Ruff more than a five star rating I would! I had an on going problem with a cyst in my mouth. Not only did he take care of the cyst but was able to straighten my teeth out after having to pull one of them. My bite has never been better and my teeth have never looked so good in my life. He is a true dental artist. Also I can't thank him and his staff enough for being so careful and cautious with patients during covid. I feel truly blessed for having him for my dentist.

If I could give Dr Ruff more than a five star rating I would! I had an on going problem with a cyst in my mouth. If I could give a zero I would. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted at this office and it has been a nightmare. She had complications and there was no way to reach the Doctor except by leaving a message on an answering machine. She was not given any after care instructions, no pain medication, and was not packed with gauze. We ended up in the ER because of pain since we couldn't get ahold of the doctor. When I called the office a few days later they called in an antibiotic without even seeing her. The antibiotic didn't do anything, and when I called to have her seen they said they couldn't see her for another day because of covid. I reached out to another local dentist and they saw her immediately. She had a huge dry socket that needed attention. Both the ER and other local dentist said that the lack of attention and treatment by Dr. Ruff's office was inexcusable.

I was experiencing extreme tooth pain... They were able to get me an appointment the very next day. No wait time at all when I arrived, Dr. Dan determined the problem and did the root canal that same appointment. There was no pain and he was very detailed in his work! I absolutely recommend Dr. Ruff and Dr. Dan for all your dental needs.

Can't say enough about the awesomeness you experience everytime you visit Dr. Ruff! From the great office staff to the very knowledgeable Dentists and hygienists. They take the time to explain procedures and do there absolute best to get you in when needed! Definitely recommend!
