I have had several very BAD experiences with dentists lately. I paid out of pocket for this dentist because he is the BEST & now I am signed up with an insurance plan he is part of. Thank you Dr. for your honest, upfront, ethical advice and good treatment.

Made an appointment. When I showed up, the office was closed. No signs or notices. Nobody answered the phone either.

I hate "the dentist" but I love this dentist. Dr Medefessor is simply the best. He's super communicative, and can definitely tell how nervous I am even when I'm trying to be cool. Best dentist I've had! Also, note that the two older "1 star" reviews are for the dentist at this office before Dr Medefessor!

The office made sure that they had my insurance information ahead of time, so I didn't need to deal with any of that at the appointment. My first appointment was on time, my hygienist and Dr. Medefesser were friendly, my cleaning was thorough, and I wasn't pressured to have x-rays outside of ADA guidelines.

Great experience. Kim and Dr. Medefesser were professional, kind, and honest. They spent over an hour cleaning and explaining my procedure to me. As a medical professional I would highly recommend.

Dr. Randall is a very nice person, definitely competent and passionate. He is not an ego driven DDS. I have worked for him on a temporary basis, and I give him 5 stars for quality of work, heck of a nice guy, and very kind to work for. Which in my 20 years of practice as a dental hygienist speaks volumes!

Doctor Medefesser is the best. He is super nice and will see you the same day in case of emergency. He is very friendly and he will make sure that you do not feel pain.
