Dr. Thomas Yun (Dr. Tom) was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. He and his family emigrated to the United States in the late 90s. Dr. Tom completed his dental education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, one of the earliest dental colleges established in the nation. Upon graduation, he and his wife moved to the suburbs of Chicago so that his wife could pursue her dream of becoming a medical professional. Dr. Tom enjoys expanding his skill sets by taking various courses and taking on challenging treatments. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, playing the guitar and spending time with his family.

I want to say thank you to Dr.Tom and his staff for getting me in so quick with my dental emergency! Im a self pay patient, and he made sure I felt as comfortable as possible from the min. I arrived. His staff is very friendly. Walked me through the cost of my procedure. I didn't feel pressured into making any drastic decisions. Overall my experience with his office was amazing! I highly recommend him to my family and friends!!!

I've been looking for a dentist who cares about you and not his wallet, I found him. It's the little things that go unnoticed, a real human being. Wish I'd have found him a couple of years ago. Thank you Dr Thomas Yun, the dentist who fixes other dentist mistakes.

If you need an emergency dentist in Elgin, this is the one to call. I called nearly every dentist that lists emergency dentistry in Elgin and every single one either didn't pick up nor returned my call on Labor day except Dr. Yun. He was able to get my kiddo in and taken care of no problem. Will be returning to this place for kiddo's dental needs cause it seems like he actually cared and is an actual emergency dentist when needed. Thank you.

We are new to this state and the move hasn't been easy. It was a pleasure to finally go to a place where the staff was polite and courteous. All around super customer service! I look forward to entrusting my entire family's dental hygiene to Dr. Yun! I can attest that he cares a great deal about his patients.

Dr Thomas Yun is a great Dentist. He made me feel so comfortable and learned so much from him. He uses state of the art technology and is very detailed and precise in his work! He's a perfectionist! His overall team is just super nice and friendly. My dentist of 5 years recently retired but with just one visit with Dr Yun, he made me forget about my old dentist already.
