The staff at this dental office were probably the most pleasant people I have ever met at a health care facility. The doctor was prompt and caring. I feel comfortable with going forth in my dental health now.

I've been a patient of Dr. Costa for over 10 years, since he was newly out of medical school. He came highly recommended by a root canal specialist. Have been very satisfied throughout. My husband goes to him as well. I've referred friends and colleagues. He's a very experienced and skilled dentist and his office staff is very professional and friendly. Keri is a great hygienist. You're always welcomed like a friend by all.

Dr. Costa and his team were amazing, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Everything from the phone call to the visit was such a smooth process. The staff will put you at ease as soon as you enter the office; they are very kind and welcoming. Gale (i hope i didn't butcher her name) did my xrays and was so sweet. I'm a big baby and was panicking, but she was there the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Costa has hands of GOLD, he's the real deal! He walked me through the entire process and was extremely kind and checked in every step of the way. He is so thorough and tells you what he's doing so there are no surprises. Amazing bedside manner. He takes his time to numb you to make sure you don't feel any pain and for that I am so greatful. He answers all of your questions and concerns and uses human terminology, so you know what he's talking about. He will tell you straight up how it is and what you need to do. No BS which i really appreciate. I had my upper right wisdom tooth removed and I felt nothing! I wish he could do the bottom one as well, but he said I needed an oral surgeon and that he didn't want to take any chances given the way the tooth is positioned. I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful doctor. Mind you im coming from Brooklyn, but I dont mind traveling to Staten Island because he's totally worth it. Thank you Dr. Costa and thank you to your wonderful staff. You all are incredible and the true meaning of what patient care is all about.

I'm very happy I decided to see Dr. Costa. I'm a nervous dental patient but everyone made me feel at ease from the start. The entire team was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Costa is professional and upbeat, he made me feel comfortable during every step of my treatment. My husband recommended I see him and I'm happy I took his advice!

Just want to mention that for my first visit the whole staff was very nice and Pleasant. Couldnt have found a better dentist as far as Michael Costa goes. I know l have choosen the right dentist as far as my teeth go and lm looking forward to a brand New Smile. ThNk you to the Staff n Mr. Michael Costa

Following awful experiences with dentists, my wife and I became skeptical of the practice. However, I decided to rely on my intuitive search for a dentist.
