Dr. Foto was born and raised in Metairie, La. He attended St. Mary Magdalen Grammar School and Rummel High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. Dr. Foto graduated with High Honors from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Science degree in 1994. He opened his private practice office in Mandeville in 1994.

Dr. Foto and his wife, Monique, have three wonderful children, Brandon, Amanda, and Ashley! Brandon is now married and his wife, Lindsey, is like a third daughter! Raising a family in Mandeville has been a great pleasure for the Fotos, which is a big reason why Dr. Fotos practice is so family-oriented. When hes not helping his patients achieve beautiful smiles, Dr. Foto enjoys fishing, hunting and anything outdoors!
Sheila has a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from Louisiana State University. She is well-versed in helping patients feel comfortable and achieve a healthy smile, which is the most rewarding aspect of her job. Sheila emphasizes prevention, as its the key to good health. She joined Randall L. Foto, DDS because it offers quality dentistry, friendly staff, and takes an honest approach to care.
Anna has been a valued member of our team for more than a decade. She has a certificate in expanded duty dental assisting, which allows her to complete advanced tasks. Anna is very efficient and does everything she can to provide high-quality care and make patients feel comfortable. She tells them, floss the teeth you want to keep. She considers herself fortunate to work with a doctor who treats his patients like family shes in for the long haul!
Anna is married to Patrick. Together, theyre parents to Abigail and James. Shes also mom to a dog and a cat. In her free time, she savors travel and time with friends. The beach is her happy place! Anna grew up in Metairie, LA and relocated to our community in 2010.She never thought shed still be in love with dentistry after 15 years but she is and couldnt imagine doing anything else!
Danielle is happily married to Bruce Emmons Jr. They are the proud parents of Cade, Bruce III, Zachary, Noah, and Barklay. Outside of the office, she likes to put her artistic skills to good use with special effects makeup. She has a fur baby named Rocket. Danielle grew up in Maurepas and relocated to Mandeville to join our team in 2014.
Monique is our marketing/social media administrator. She and Dr. Foto met while attending Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. She received a BA in English and a minor in Communications from SLU. Monique and Randy married in 1991 and are proud parents of three grown children, Brandon, Amanda and Ashley. Monique's Happy Place is Walt Disney World and she loves movies, music and travel! She enjoys the relationships she's made with our patients and other members of the dental community.

Excellent staff at Dr. Foto's office. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Foto spends a lot of time with you and explains everything regarding your visit. He also helps you get the most out of your insurance. I highly recommend his practice!

Watch out for the billing. It's been messed up over the last 3 visits and in their favor by $100s of dollars. They were aware of it and surprisingly complacent to fix it. I'm really dissappointed about this.

Great Staff, I enjoyed getting my teeth polished by Fran. She is a very personable hygienist. My teeth are bright and they gave me a new brake tag for another six months.
