Ruth joined our Dental team in May 2010. We feel lucky to have found her as she is a valuable asset to our practice. She received her Associate of Science and Dental Hygiene degree from Southwestern College in 2003. She then received her Bachelors of Science and Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University in 2008.
Ruth and Dr. Leads share the same goals of compassion for providing quality treatment in a caring, comfortable and ethical manner. Her attention to detail and strict adherence to sterilization techniques ensure excellent hygiene care.
Dr. Leads has been providing quality, gentle dentistry in this community since 1991. He is a Vista native who enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid fisherman. Dr. Leads received his Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California at San Diego in 1983.
He was then awarded his Doctor of Dental Science in 1990 from the University of Southern California. It was there he also received clinical excellence awards in: Oral Surgery, Periodontics and Prosthetics. He was also selected as the outstanding graduate of USC for 1990.

After having a horrible experience with a different dentistry practice, I was referred to Dr. Mustafa by a friend. I'm forever grateful for that referral because of the excellent service I've received. He doesnt push extra work that doesnt need to be done and is very thorough with the work he does. The entire staff are very personable and welcoming. I hate having dental work done but the staff made it worth the trip.
