I am new to the Pace area, and do not currently have a dentist. Yesterday June 30 I started to get really bad swelling and pain in my gum. I called a few dentist and nobody had a "non patient emergency appointment" available. So today, July first I called another dentist, and she recommended Randall J Cole. So I called at 0815, he quickly picked up and listened to my current issue. He then informed me that his office is closed today due to the July 4th holiday, but he quickly said he'd be happy to come in on his day off and see me. We set an appointment for 1030. I can't say enough good things about how quick he was willing to help me, a non patient on his day off. I'm scheduled to return to his office for a follow up procedure Thanks again Mr. Randall Cole for all your help today!

My experiences were always great minus the panic attack I guess I had getting my tooth removed, but that's no his fault. Friendly and fast.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr Cole is very conscious of patient comfort as well as having a pleasant demeanor to be around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

About three months ago, I had a broken tooth. Having gone to Dr. Cole as a child, he was the first person I thought of for getting assistance. The scheduling process was pleasant, and the overall experience up to that point was great. My girlfriend ended up in the E.R., and so I called to cancel the appointment. I left a message explaining the situation and saying that I would call back to reschedule. The following week, I called back and left a message about rescheduling. I called again. No answer, no response. I ended up finding another dentist in the area to see me, refer me to get a root canal, and cap the tooth. At this point, I was merely just a little disappointed that I was unable to get ahold of Dr. Cole to do the work. Earlier this week, I received a bill. The bill had no information on it, only a "forward balance" and a charge of $75 with a stamp on it saying that this was the Final Notice before it went to collections. This disappoints me for multiple reasons: 1) There is no information on this bill, so I am left only to assume why I was charged in the first place. 2) This bill was labeled as "Final Notice" and "90 days past due", when I had received no prior notices, no attempt from Dr. Cole's office to contact me via phone or email, and zero communication outside of a random, blank "90 day past due" bill. Presupposing that the bill is for a missed appointment, I'm disappointed that my attempts to reschedule were completely ignored. Even though the reason the appointment was missed was an emergency, I would have been happy to comply with a missed appointment charge, had it been brought up in a conversation to reschedule. Now, I am left with a $75 bill that has zero information on it, and frankly no desire to even attempt to call the office. I will be paying the bill because it's simply not worth arguing about $75, and I will be advising everyone in need of dental work to go elsewhere. Dr. Cole certainly is skilled, and for quite some time, I had admiration for his craft (hence him being the first office I contacted); however, the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to even discuss the situation, and obvious lack of interest in anything other than collecting payment, it's simply not worth it. No amount of skill is worth that experience, in my opinion. I would not recommend this office to anyone in the area looking for dental work.

Dr Cole is the only dentist I feel comfortable with. I'm very self conscious about my teeth as I've done some damage over the years. Previously I had tried bigger Dental practices and always felt uncomfortable and anxious. Dr Cole always comes in and jokes around with me like we're old buddies from school. It puts me at ease. He gives me a hard time (in a joking manner) bc had I taken his suggestions over the years my teeth would be in much better shape. Karen is awesome as well and all the staff they've had over the years. I'm saving up to have some substantial work done, I will pay whatever I have to so that Dr Cole can be the one to do the work. I don't feel judged and the stress melts away the second I walk into their office and get treated like an old friend. Just genuinely good people.

Worst dentist around town. They over bill, won't discuss the billing, and then send it to a collection agency.

I experienced direct unpleasantries and permanent injuries from Dr. Cole who projected an icy and a rude demeanor during my surgery. Dr. Cole had poor bedside manners that reflected rudeness, cold attitudes, inadequate listening skills, belittling and a complete disregard for my dental fears. As a patient I came in scared and nervous about the surgery. Dr. Cole treated me simply like a piece of meat on a slab. Dr. Cole disregard the fact th at I was an actual real live human being attached to the body part he was working on. The office equipment was prehistoric. The waiting room smelled awful. The carpet had gross stains and the waiting room chairs looked like something you would find in a dumpster. Beware!

Very professional atmosphere but with a down home kinda feel. Without a doubt the last dentist I will ever use. They made my 9 year old daughter very happy. They assured me that they would watch her for me. Very very nice people. I can honestly say if I were to say I can't wait for my next visit I would be lying. But I wouldn't go anywhere else. The wonderful staff seen I was nervous and they were just a life saver. Thanks y'all!!!
