I had the final stage of 2 dental implants today. This evening the filling is already out of the one. The other is crooked. I will have to have both issues corrected immediately by another dentist. More effort, pain and money. Wish he could have done the work right. It would have taken only a few more minutes to do a good job. He would rather joke about how bad other dentists. He chose to do a bad job. I would recommend him, only to my worst enemy.

Dr Swanlund and his wonderful staff do a spectacular job for me. They provide great dental care. They also do a great job managing my ongoing dental needs to get me the care I need without exceeding my dental insurance coverage. Staff are all nice and professional. Dr. Swanlund gets to the point on what I do and don't need, and everyone is pleasant to deal with. My spouse has sensitivity and is also happy with their gentle care.

Randy is great. He really listened to my concerns and then he fixes it. He gives you options and let's you go ahead and decide which option you want to go with. I highly recommend Dr. Swanlund. It's a very friendly office that will always keep you smiling .

The service my son receives at Dr Swanlund's office is exceptional. His hygienist, Raine, provides the highest level of care. She is kind, supportive and has a wonderful sense of humor. The front office staff, Pam and Jeannette, are great. They always follow through and makes sure his appointments are scheduled at a convenient time. Dr Swanlund's knowledge and care is superior. Best dental practice in Washington state.

The best dentist been to. Great cleaning team, no presure trying to sell you on work that's needed right way to make money. They know insurance coverage and explain best options and plan if need several items worked on. Had crown done, not first one, and way exceeded any other dentist been to and past work. Clean, relaxing, very covid safe, fun team. I would recommend to my family and friends and have. Not just a review

Dr Swandlund and his staff are amazing. They are through and friendly. I see Colleen for my teeth cleaning and she is kind and always remembers all the details and takes great care of my mouth! I also love the office staff. Best dentist!!

I had my implant done 11 years ago here, but two months ago, while flossing, the crown of that implant came off. I went to see him to get it fixed. He charged me $179.00. His billing dept. told me that he should have charged me like he would a brand new dental implant since dental implants usually last only five (5) years, more or less. Heck no! I read online that a good dental implant should last 25 years (yes, twenty five years). He should not charge me for redoing his own work.
