Erin Lindbuchler cares for the outside of the office. She is often in the process of planting a variety of flowering plants and decorating the office. She has made the office into a pretty, quaint little building. The flowers are beautiful and many patients have complimented her work. Dr. Browns former training as a botanist makes him very appreciative of her efforts as well. He often states how impressed he is with her tastes and choices in plants.Erin currently works fulltime for Costco in Allentown, PA, as a hearing aid dispenser. Very Very IGNORANT. I would Never go to this guy again, he said it's not about money but you should never go to a dentist without a thousand dollars in your pocket. Like I said Very IGNORANT. Everything is a joke to this guy not to mention he said I had problems that were not true, got another opinion turns out it was not what Mr. brown said the problem was, it's all about money. Find another dentist.

My boyfriend had 2 bad teeth. When he told the dentist his decision to pull both teeth instead of getting a root canal, the dentist continued to pressure him into changing his decision. My boyfriend asked if he could do a payment plan if he chose to do a root canal and they told him they'd have to check. When my boyfriend asked him if it would affect his credit he was told it wouldn't, 5 minutes later he was notified that it in fact hurt his credit. After my boyfriend told them he was just going to stick with the tooth extraction the staff became extremely rude. The dentist made rude comments to him while taking out his teeth. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Dr. Brown and his team are second to none! I've been a patient for more than 15 years. Dr. Brown is the kind of doctor that cares and makes a difference. Not just with dentistry but cares about you as a person. He is a professional and a kind doctor who goes above and beyond taking time to care each and every time you visit. If you need to find a dentist I can assure you that if you choose Dr. Brown and his team you are in capable hands. I am fortunate to be able to rely on him and the team for all my dental needs. AND let me admit...I am the biggest baby about dental work on the planet. Definitely not an easy patient because of my own phobias. No matter what they are gentle, kind and comforting always sensitive to the fears I have. Afterward we all have a good laugh because it's all in my head and there was nothing to be afraid of at all! They have found the right balance with a mix of modern up-to-date dentistry and old-fashioned patient care that is rare to find in the fast-paced world we live in today. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff. You are the best and I'm sincerely grateful for all you do!

Awful experience and will never ever go back. He didn't give me enough novocaine when filling a cavity. So I stopped him when I could literally feel the drilling and was in pain. He thought it was funny and laughed. He gave me another shot and still wasn't enough. At this point he and his son literally rolled their eyes and were annoyed. I had the worse pain after it was done. Like I was in tears kind of pain and it was just a basic cavity. I have had cavities filled before (by other dentists). The entire filling just crumbled to pieces about a week later. Do not go to this practice! I am seriously warning you to stay away!

Dr. Brown and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. He and Sam came in on a Sunday to see me and were willing to stay later to have me come back in if I had anymore paib, and have continued to follow up with me almost on a daily basis. Awesome, caring people!!!!

I went to this Quack years ago for a painful wisdom tooth.Who'd ever think the internet would come along and offer a place to review how you were treated?? YAY!!! So here is my review... I was nervous and he thought it was funny. He gave me several painful needles without first using a numbing gel. It was so painful I began to cry, he actually LAUGHED at me and in a nasty tone said what are you crying about??? He removed my tooth after a WHOLE LOT of crunching sounds and sent me home without any pain pills. He was extremely rough, so much so I woke up the next morning and my mouth was literally clenched shut from the swelling in my jaw muscles. I then developed an extremely painful abscess and infection, I called him up in agony and he refused to see me stating it's "The Holiday Weekend" I asked if he can at least prescribe me pain medication and he SAID NO!! Said he couldn't! WHAT??? My thoughts while sitting in the office with him was that he was sadistic, after that response there was no doubt in my mind. In fact take a look at his facebook pic, who picks a pic of a fearful dental patient staring up at a needle on their business page?? I actually found a very caring Dr. that agreed to open up his office and meet me on CHRISTMAS MORNING to take care of my abscess and prescribe an antibiotic and pain medication for my infection! Thank God there are decent people to clean up the mess of the incompetent ones. If you're not into pain and humiliation I don't recommend him.

I have gone to Dr. Brown for 2 years now. And I have had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences from the staff and doctor there. Dr. Brown was able to fix my very complicated dental issues that two orthodontists and my childhood dentist could not. I can now chew and bite correctly for the first time in 25 years. It is a smaller office compared to my old dentist and it fells like the staff is more focused on each patients special needs here. As a fearful patent Dr. Brown worked very well with my fear of needles and pain. It is important to let the staff know that you are fearful so they can cater to your anxiety.
