All front office coordinators have been in the dental field before joining Ranchview Family Dentistry. They come with a vast knowledge of patient care and have graduated from dental assistant school. They are present to assist you in maneuvering your insurance benefits, financial options and any questions you may have regarding your dental care with us.
Screenings over the phone or via text.When we call or text to confirm your scheduled visit with us, we will ask you a series of pre-screening questions. The purpose of these questions is to determine whether there is any risk of COVID-19 infection and/or transmission in our office. These include questions regarding travel and your current state of health. It is also important for you to let us know of any changes in your medical history.
Currently our state is in phase I of reopening. All vulnerable individuals should continue to shelter in place, if you do have dental emergency, please let us know, we will make arrangement to get you schedule.
You will notice that the lobby appears different. We have rearranged the lobby to maintain the social distance, removed all the magazine, educational material and closed the children play area to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Once you enter the lobby please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer to clean your hands. We have sanitized pen for you to use, if you need. Once you come in the lobby, you will be screened again with series of questionnaire and your temperature will be checked.
We know that many people bring a spouse or children with them for dental visits. In order to maintain proper social distance, we cannot have anybody waiting in lobby area. We will only allow translator or guardians of underage patients.

Friendly, warm and professional. You don't have to wait long before they call you when you visit for your appointment. The place is very clean and organized. They will not ask you to have procedures that you don't need. I'm very happy and satisfied with my experience here.

Getting in to the appointment is fast and don't have to wait forever for them to call you. Get in, clean your teeth and you're out in no time. The hygienist take the time to explain things to you about your teeth and gums. Very educational. Dentist reviews the work done and tells you a future plan for keeping your mouth in top shape. I highly recommend this place. It's clean, and feels sanitized too.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Patel. My experience with him and Jessica was phenomenal! I have more work to be done and will be seeing them again soon but I'm super confident about the work he does. I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Patel for being so patient with me and for the excellent work you did today. For the first time in my life I can say I actually look forward to my next dentist appointment.

Front office dropping patient call with no proper response. Very rude staff. I felt this every time. Highly not recommended with their attitude towards patients and family members - Risky doctor they don't care for patient need.

I hate going to the dentist, any dentist, however this office/practice has been the best I have been to. The practice space is clean and spotless, the equipment is top of the line, the staff are polite, kind and very professional. The doctors themselves are the winning prize! They are honest, caring and truly amazing. Doesn't matter who you see, they are both smart, highly educated, experienced and simply the best at what they do.

I needed emergency dental work during this super scary time and I'm so glad I found Ranchview Family Dentistry and that they are prepared and ready to help. I was mainly surprised by the size of the facility and there was enough space for patients to sit 6feet apart from each other. They were following good covid 19 practices and I felt safe during my visit. But most importantly the skills and compassion of the the entire staff is what I most appreciate. Devonja the assistance and hygenist kathy were super friendly. The dentists talked me through everything and checked in regularly on my comfort level during the procedure. I'm a terrible patient but after our Initial consult I felt okay before during and after the treatment.
