Dr. Matthew Pia has been practicing dentistry in the Madera Ranchos since 1996. He was born in Madera and graduated Madera High School in 1988. He went on to get a degree in Animal Physiology at UC San Diego and then attended UC San Francisco Dental School, where he graduated in the top of his class in 1996. He completed a Residency in Orthodontics in 2002 and is a member of the ADA, CDA, Fresno Madera Dental Society, Mid America Orthodontic Society, International Association for Orthodontics and Academy of General Dentistry. He is also involved in the Kiwanis, the Golden Valley Chamber of Commerce and local churches. He has 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. Dr. Pia enjoys coaching local sports, playing tennis, backpacking and listening to music. Dr. Pia makes every effort to address his patients' needs and concerns and treat everyone with great care and respect.

Dr Pia and his staff always have smiles on their faces and are consistently on time with appointments. Wish we would have started coming here years ago.

Highly recommend. Scheduling is convenient. Friendly Staff. Awesome Dentist, pain free shots. Cleanings are thorough. Always on time. We have been going here since this practice opened and have only the highest regard for this dentist and staff.

It has been a while since I have been to the Dentist because of my anxiety from bad experiences. This office and staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable safe no anxiety at all. Everyone is so kind Dr. Pia and everyone explains everything they are doing and make every effort to make you feel completely at ease. I would recommend definitely visiting this office if you are in need of a dentist or want a new dentists office that makes you feel so comfortable.

Dr. Pia and his staff are amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly. They treat everyone as if they are family. You will be very comfortable going to this office. Nice technology here..We've never had to wait long at all during any of our appointments. They're straight to the point and make sure we completely understand the treatment needed and whole process from beginning to end. The entire staff, as well as Dr. Pia, is super friendly, down to earth, and make sure my daughter is comfortable during any treatment she is receiving. We no longer live in Madera Ranchos, but will continue to drive there because they are worth it and just that amazing!!

I don't like dentist. Never have. Dr.Pia is the only dentist I've visited a more than once in my adult life. Talked me through the process which helped ease anxiety. As far as dentists go he is knowladgeable and uses very modern equipment (spinning head X-ray?? What year it it 2300?). Staff was polite an wait was almost non existent. Will visit again, which is saying a lot.
