Dr. Margaret Novicio is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry and brings over 17 years of clinical experience to RSF Dentistry. She is an expert in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and really loves the process of smile design and delivering the WOW factor when patients see their brand new smile.
I love getting to know my patients and ease their minds about any dental concerns or fears they may have. I believe that education and transparency is the key to trust, and I like to provide enough information about clinical outcomes to help patients make an informed decision about their oral health options.
After graduating from Baylor University in 2000, Dr. Novicio received her Dental Degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2004. After dental school, she continued her studies in General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Temple, Texas. She has continued to give back to the military community by volunteering annually at the V.A. Stand Down which provides medical and dental services to homeless veterans and their families. She is also active Lt. Colonel in the US Army Dental Corp.
Dr. Novicio cut her teeth so to speak in the corporate dentistry world and was responsible for making sure her fellow dentists met the high clinical standards set by the leadership team. She is now realizing her dream of becoming a private practice clinician and is looking forward to practicing in the community where she lives.
Dr. Novicio is an active member of dental study clubs, where she researches and studies the latest techniques, technologies, and methodologies in dentistry. To complement her 17 years of clinical experience, she spends hundreds of hours per year on continuing education to refine her technique and knowledge.

I have been happy with the service that Dr. Novicio has offered, she is thoughtful, calm and professional and has taken time to listen to my dental needs. Chantelle at the front desk is very helpful and communicative. I had some confusion over a number of claims and after some time the manager called me back to reconcile.

What a great experience! This office is amazing from front to back. Everyone who works in this office is so lovely and kind. Dr. Novicio and her hygienist Marlaina are gems. It was probably the most relaxing part of my day! Marlaina was super friendly and gave me the best dental cleaning; she explained what she was doing and continuously checked on my comfort. You can really feel how much everyone here cares for you- it's refreshing!

Me recent visit to this office was very informative. The facility offers many client-supportive amenities, state of the art equipments, and most importantly excellent extensive dental examination. I was very impressed with the quality of the facility, and the utmost professionalism of Dr Novacio. I definitely recommend this office to anyone needing dental consultation/services.

Had a great experience with Dr. Novicio, who recently joined the practice. The shot was painless, my crown went smoothly, and although I missed the phone call, she was nice enough to leave me a voicemail to check up on me to see how I was feeling the next day :)

Excellent location and building amenities. The dental clinic says it all from comfy chairs and the surrounding including refreshments like bottled water, instant hot coffee, and snacks. Dental equipment looks new and considered high tech including patients' video on the ceiling! Dental staff are courteous, helpful, and hospitable! I haven't been to a classy dental office and services until today. Please maintain and continue to improve as needed particularly in dental technology! Keep up the good work everyone! Congratulations!

Before I met Dr. Jen, I'd had a LOT of dental work done throughout my early life. Dozens of filled cavities and a few root canals. So I've spent more time with dentists than the average person. I've been working with Dr. Jen for over five years now, and she is the most thoughtful, gentle and compassionate dentist I've ever met. Since adopting her, she's assisted me with 18 months of Invisalign and a mouthful of new veneers and crowns to help me overcome an insecurity with my smile, and now I've never felt so proud to smile in my life! My new smile has made me a different person. A renewed, happier and more confident person. One of my favorite qualities about Dr. Jen is that she is an artist and a perfectionist. I have a tendency to be an overly agreeable person and would normally settle for something I'm unhappy with, but I don't have to worry about that with Dr. Jen. She goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy before I leave that chair, and that keeps me coming back. It's the first time in my life I've actually looked forward to going to the dentist! If you're in the market for a new dentist, I'd strongly recommend giving her a shot. It'll be the best experience you've ever had.
