An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Annalie without a doubt is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is so gentle when doing my cleaning and for the first time in my life I don't dread going to the dentist. In fact everyone at Rancho San Diego Dentistry makes you feel so comfortable. They are the best!

Great customer service, all the staff were nice and pleasent. I usually have anxiety about going to the dentist, but all the staff were awesome with the care they gave me. All of my procedures so far have been quick and relatively painless compared to other dentist I've been two in the past . This is the best my teeth have ever been.

I had a great first experience at Rancho San Diego Dentists. It was easy to set an appointment as a new patient. Once in office, the check in process was smooth and so was getting the X-rays done. I really appreciate Anne and Dr. Nguyen. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I liked how they explained what was going on with my teeth and what they were doing. Would highly recommend!
