Dr. Sassounian completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the USC School of Dentistry in 2015. Today, she is a proud member of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Los Angeles Dental Association. She has completed extensive training in esthetics (Esthetic Professionals Masters), and continually takes continuous education courses, to be on the cutting edge of technique and results. Dr. Nicole Sassounian believes that learning never ends!
For well over 20 years, Dr. Silvera has truly loved his work in the world of dentistry he couldnt have chosen a better profession for himself! Dr. Silvera was actually brought up around a lot of dentists. His uncle is a dentist, and his mother worked for dentists while he was a child, so he was able to see how a dental office really worked from a very young age, play with the lab models, and even witness firsthand how peoples lives were changed for the better in the treatment chair.
By the time Dr. Silvera graduated from high school, he knew that he was most interested in sciences and math (especially geometry) and was also pretty good with his hands, having built countless model cars/airplanes. With this information, he decided to pursue dentistry as a career and today, he couldnt be happier!
After studying at Yeshiva University in NYC, Dr. Silvera pursued his dental doctorate at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Since then, he has kept up with a great deal of continuing education to further expand his skills. Some of the highlights include:

Staff went out of their way to make sure that I had a tooth fixed by calling around to specialists that were booked and fought for a spot for me to get in as I had a function and needed my tooth fixed. They work well as a team. To customers, friendly, approachable and take time to explain procedures and x-rays.
