Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I had a great experience at this office. Hayley at the front desk was very welcoming. The hygienist, Jenn, was thorough and gentle. Dr. Noor was very helpful and explained why I need a night guard. Everyone was polite and I would definitely return to this office.

To be honest I haven't been to the dentist for treatment for over 10 years, I've had cleanings and treatment plans but it's all out of reach. I'm not getting any younger and despite the money and fear I need to start getting things done. I met with Dr. Noor for a treatment plan and she was so gentle and non judgmental. Came up with a plan and I just came back for treatment and ran into an unexpected issue. She stopped everything brought in the benefits coordinator (Hayley - who might I add is another non judgmental angel) and we figured out how to make it happen. Every staff member I have encountered is nothing short of professional and caring but my care team, Dr. Noor, Sabrina, and Hayley are what will bring me back to continue my treatment plan.

I highly recommend Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry. Their staff is extremely professional and well trained in what they do. They always give a courtesy call the day prior to your appointment to confirm. Their establishment is clean, well organized and has state of the art dental equipment. Dr. Kaur is my dentist and I absolutely adore her. She is very knowledgeable and does amazing work. I finally have found one of the best dentists!! I feel so grateful to be part of Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry family.

Dr Noor Hassan and all the staff is amazing. very friendly, considerate and has good people skills. Dr Hassan takes the time to save the tooth if at all possible. I highly recommend this office. Part 2 I wanted to give a shout out to Bella for the time she took to help with my EOB. She was very patient and very clear when explaining. Thank you for great customer service once again.

These guys are smooth talking swindlers. Would not recommend. The dentist and billing coordinator tried to get me to pay more than necessary for dental work. They intentionally did not present all my options for a crown even though I specifically asked for ALL my options so I could pick what was affordable. They showed me the least expensive option (metal) and most expensive options (cerec/zirconia) but left out the options for porcelain or porcelain fused to noble metal - which are affordable and what I would prefer. They also told me the dental board no longer recommends metal crowns because they contain mercury - even though the FDA and CDC investigated this and found no cause for alarm. Additionally, they told me porcelain crowns are not recommended for molars because they aren't strong enough. In my research of many dental blogs, this is simply not the majority opinion. I felt like they were a used car salesman trying to talk me into spending more while leaving out vital information. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I was with this dentist office for about 18 months / three 6-month visits. Unfortunately I had an awful experience (hold on for this ride...it's a sad journey). Over those three visits, I had a different dentist every time. I also found out the hard way that in my third visit, they had a dentist work on me that was not covered by my insurance! My insurance rejected the claim due to this dentist not being in my network. I had to work with my insurance to resolve that issue. I had to get a few fillings and a crown...the prices were outrageous. I also discovered that I got charged for a "same day crown" but they gave me a temporary crown I had to live with for a week before they put in the actual crown. Definitely not a same-day crown. After getting the crown put in, I went to pay and noticed the price was higher than what they told me the week before. They informed me that they increased the prices a few days before. I ended up paying $3200 for a crown and a few fillings initially...but when I came back to get my permanent crown in a week later, I apparently owed another $570!! This is what I paid out of pocket. Nearly $4000! To make matters worse, the dentist was flirting with the dental hygienist while he was putting the crown in...I legitimately felt like I was third wheeling. I had never experienced anything like that in a dentist office. Super uncomfortable. Then when they were trying to fit the crown, they went to take a quick x-ray before permanently attaching it, and when they came to pull out those things in my mouth you bite on during the x-ray, they knocked my crown out and it went bouncing across the floor!!! It's been about 10 months since this happened and today one of my fillings just popped out while I was flossing. Great...that expensive filling didn't even last a year. One of my other fillings also has a little piece sticking out that gets caught on floss and pokes my tongue. This experience here was absolutely abysmal. I switched dentists and it was like night and day going from this place to a new dentist (where I have the same dentist every time, no weird insurance issues, prices are more reasonable, etc). I honestly cannot fathom how this place has so many 5 star reviews.

I came in for a filling a couple days ago, and while Dr. Kaur was drilling my tooth, her drill bit slipped and left a wound in my gum/cheek. I felt the Dr. Was working way too fast and was rushing through the procedure. It felt jittery as if she didn't have steady hands. I didn't realize it while I was in the chair because I was numb, but after the lidocaine wore off my mouth was very sore. I could not eat or brush my teeth the first night. 2 days later my mouth is still very sore, and still can't open it all the way. I went back in for a follow up to let them know what happened, and dr. Kaur just kinda brushed it off saying that it was a tight space and that "the teeth and gums were just on top of each other". Not sure what that means because my teeth are completely straight. At first she tried to say it was the sharp edges of the filling that might have caused it, but the wound is too high and too far back. It still hurts to swallow as if I have a sore throat (but only off to one side). I'm annoyed they didn't at least warn me during the procedure they accidentally hurt me and give a heads up for risk of potential infection. They don't seem to care about their patients enough to slow down during the procedures they perform and then blame their mess up on the patient having a small mouth??? So unprofessional. I will not be returning.

They said I needed a crown and I went to get a second opinion and they said I just need a deep cleaning and my filling is chipped. So what's up with that? Sketchy

I needed dental work and my usual dentist is closed on the weekend. I couldn't wait because I was traveling on a trip soon. I started calling around and this dental office answered right away and was able to schedule me for an appointment the same day. I arrived a little earlier as recommend. The front desk employee was really friendly and checked me in quickly. I was waiting in the lobby still after my appointment time. I didn't have to say anything to the front desk employee, she came to me and apologize that they were short an employee today. She did amazingly and was light hearted explaining to me. it was a little over 30 mins before I was brought back into a patient room. the lady who did my xray was the sweetest most polite lady. she was great talking to me and explained everything to me before she did it. When I saw the dentist, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me but he was quick and busy between other patients. he did check on me often to make sure I was comfortable. I kept having the same dental issue and had to come back to other dentists often. This dentist is very experienced and found the actual cause of my issue and conducted a different procedure on me which I'm grateful for. I've had bad experience with pain at other dental office. I was very concerned and expressed that to them here. They made sure I was ok and my experience here was relatively painless. that help change my nervousness about dental treatment. I paid for my procedure out of pocket. This office gave me a huge discount because I donated to a clean water charity distribution they regularly support and bring awareness to. They offer payment plans too. the insurance lady was patience explaining everything to me and reassure me about my procedure. the staff here are amazing people with great personalities. I do recommend coming here.

This place is flat out the worst. I'm very fortunate to be a service connected veteran and I don't have to use swindlers and crooks like Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry. I'm writing this on behalf of a good friend, that has gone thru hell with this place. They are flat out crooks and liars, and the place she goes to now has had to go back and correct the degenerate work Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry performed on her. She has now had to spend thousands on corrections. Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry is in my eyes a business that should be shut down. My friend is so fortunate that there is actually caring dentist out in the world and she was able to find one after Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry, because if she had to have lived with the work that Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry performed she would of had to live with terrible pain, and every single tooth they worked on and crowned they performed has broken, she's so fortunate that her new dentist was able to repair the years of bad work Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry performed, if you have any self-worth and care at all about your smile think twice, think three times, think four times before you walk through those doors at Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry, don't be another victim of their careless Dentistry.

They have a person who literally tries to upsell you like a used car dealership.well. Im reporting them to the bbb. They quoted 1,200 for a deep cleaning after insurance costs. They hustle more than the wolf on Wall Street. I was told I must act fast for a bridge because the tooth could get infected by the sales rep, the tooth in question had been pulled 7 years ago. They only hustle you, stay away from this place. I'm reporting them
