NEVER EVER consider this place. I was referred to this place from my childrens original dentist to have my daughter get a filling in her front tooth Dec.2021 paid my half. Well a few weeks after it became infected,so then they told me she needed a root canal 200$ so everything was fine for a week or so and then her tooth started to turn black,brought her back in again for them to tell me that, that is normal and it should not turn anymore than it did. Smh. After that my child was still talking about the tooth and she felt something was wrong. So i called around to see if another dentist would give me a second opinion and was able to find one and they had to REDO the root canal this place did. And what they found inside my child's front tooth was a piece of cotton from what she said she could only think it would be left inside and then they sealed it with whatever they use and it didn't seal because of the object left in the tooth so the liquid was dripping inside her tooth and made it look black. Smh. The new dentist cleaned it all up and resealed the tooth and it looks 1000x better.

I love this office! Every time that I have gone the staff is nice and professional, and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!

Most recent visit was to put a crown on lower left rear molar. Initial procedure went well with Dr Cowheard July13, 2022 putting in temporary crown. Then recently July 23 after temp broke the permanent crown was ready and installed by Dr Graham and assistant Daisy. Recommend them.

They were there when I needed them. I was suffering from a really painful to the bone pain, with a toothache. It was on a Saturday morning, I didn't think they were open, but I called and spoke with one of the staff. Once I told her, what was going on, I could hear here her empathy for me. She was so nice. They said that I could come in, to get taken care of. That is exactly what they did. They were patient with me and understood what I needed to get done. Their front desk ladies are very nice. I wish I got her name, but she literally held my hand through the whole process. The doctor took his time and didn't make me feel, like just other patient, he was gentle and caring as well. I think I have finally found my new dentist. I would recommend Ramsey St Family Dental, to anyone in need.

My mouth hurt me to no extent. I gave them a call they scheduled me ASAP I was seen turned out I needed my wisdom teeth taken out. I was immediately referred to an oral surgeon and prescribed medication needless to say staff was absolutely friendly and amazing. I definitely recommend them 100%

I'm never for bashing anyone's business especially on a platform as powerful as google but the experience my girl just had at this dentist is the worse I've seen. She needed two wisdom teeth pulled her first time ever getting this type procedure done In her mouth the dentist did zero walkthrough or explanation of the process he walked in told her open her mouth then stuck her without any warning then walked back out, came back 20 minutes later asked her to open up again tapped on the two teeth she moaned in pain and he proceeded to dig her tooth out while she is hollering and balled up in the chair in pain they didn't even have any instrument to keep her mouth open the dentist showed zero emotion, remorse or acknowledgment to her crying her pulled the tooth out put gauze in stood up and walked out not saying anything she had blood and spit coming out her mouth I had to tell them to use the suction and bring more paper towels. They sent us to the front desk I had to ask for instructions on eating, do's & don'ts, when to change gauzes, how to take the medication just what to do all together after we leave. The whole experience has her really traumatized all together

We selected this dentist because of location and reviews. I will say besides Betsy, this office has been a complete nightmare. We have dealt with reschedules, long appointment waits even when called in early, being numbed on the wrong sides and appointments extended into multiple visits essentially draining our insurance maximum. Nothing was ever organized and the front desk seemed clueless often. During these visits and solely because of the great work Betsy done, we continued to attend even when another tech scheduled just walked out due to "family issues" after getting me numbed up to start leaving tools exposed for long periods. This went on with tech M for weeks. I even have a picture of her pulling my teeth up that day before walking out without a word. This was because once again I was proving to my job that I was STILL at the dentist as usual. Even after all this, we tried to follow our plan. Here's where the nightmare comes in and I feel it is important for other patients to know and will be reporting to my insurance. My husband needed 2 teeth pulled and a cleaning. His plan was to come back for half a deep cleaning and the 2 teeth to be pulled as well as to prepare to pay $128. The first visit, the dentist numbed the wrong side of his mouth so they advised would pull on next visit. The next visit, after being there for hours, he was advised that the tech did not note his extraction so he would need another visit. I was worried as they had said these teeth had infection so I called the dentist to ask did he need to be on any medication since they were sending him out with almost 3 weeks to next appointment. After a long hold, they came back and said he should be and needed to come pick up a prescription. Then the final visit which will be my family as a whole final visit, they told him triple the price for the extraction saying that due to too many visits insurance was paying less. Even after explaining these visits were no fault of ours, all of these happened due to them and their issues including power outage, they said nothing can do. I had him leave and would not recommend this location to anyone. Betsy and the taller dentist are great but the rest of their techs and office staff seem to have no idea what they are doing. To not even follow the plan and go from $128 to almost $400 because of their poor customer service is unprofessional and unacceptable.

1st Visit. Approx. (1) Year Ago. X-Ray Tech Was Very Rude. Was Trying To Share A Little Valuable Info About Then ( Recent) X-Rays. Because There Could Possibly Be A Conflict In Billing. She Ignored All Info And Continued Her Orders. Saw Dr.Cowherd. Wasn't Impressed As To His Knowledge Or Remedy As To My Treatment Plan. (Getting Real Nervous About This Place By Now.) So, Later, Thought I Would Try Them Again. Approx- May-June, 2022. For Chipped Tooth And A Jaw Tooth With A Food Trap.(Inside Of Tooth Was Chipped Causing Food Trap.) 1st Visit. Repaired Chipped Tooth And Jaw Tooth Food Trap.That Night, BOTH Repairs Had FAILED! The Chipped Tooth Repair Came Off While Eating A BLT.(Soft Sandwich.) As Well As The Jaw Tooth Repair Filling. The Repair Just Started Chipping Off! At Least (2) Visits Later, The Jaw Tooth Food Trap Is WORSE Now! The (2nd) Front Tooth Repair Is Shaky At Best. ( His Hygenist Showed Me Some Type Of Toothpick Type Wood In A Plastic Container Dr. Cowherd Used To Repair My Front Tooth! Wow!! I Had NO IDEA!!) Dr.Cowherd Wasn't Telling Me Anything As To What He Was Doing. The Hygenist Doesn't Even Attempt To Rinse Your Mouth Out! After The Grinding, Filling Etc., My Mouth Needed Rinsing. At Every Occasion, I Had To Ask For A Rinse! Every Time! Really Bad Care. Anyway, I Expressed Concern Over The Jawtooth Food Trap Not Being Repaired At My Last Visit And That This Tooth Was High After My 1st Visit. Causing My Other Teeth Not To Make Contact. Well, Dr. Cowherd Started Grinding Tooth Material Off This Jaw Tooth.(WITHOUT Using The Blue Contact Paper To Verify Where The Actual Contact Was!) Then, After All That Asked Me, "How Does That Feel?)Dr. Cowherd Was Raising The Chair At That Point. Are You Kidding Me?? I Said, "It's NO Better. By That Time. His Hygenist Came Back In With The Contact (Blue) Strip. She Put It In My Mouth And I Bit Down On It. NOW, Dr.Cowherd Could Properly And Professionally See Where The Contact Was. Dr. Cowherd Started Grinding Again. Finally! The High Place Was Gone. But At The Expense Of Grinding Material That Didn't Have To Be Removed! Terrible! Because I Complained To Staff And Dr. Cowherd, He Told Me That, "His Office Is NOT The Place For Me!" I Couldn't AGREE More!! I Had Absolutely NO Plan's Of Returning Back To That Place!! Dr.Cowherd Even Swayed From The Truth As To My Jawtooth Food Trap. A Terrible Experience For Me! Definitely Going To A Professional Dentist... Thanks For Your Time People.

I really like the courtesy and patience they have with me when I go. They're very attentive and make sure your alright and comfortable. They even reminded me to breathe. Would highly recommend.

The absolute entire staff was so kind and knowledgeable! Everyone worked as a team and quickly. The lady from Ghana reminded me of my friend with her beautiful accent. I definitely would recommend this establishment to everyone.

This is the friendliest and most professional dental office that I've ever experienced. We recently moved here and was looking for a dentist. I searched the internet for a dental office near my area and Ramsey Street Dental office was on the list of several dental offices. I'm so happy I stopped by to see if they were taking new clients. I was seen the same day and they treated me as if I was a part of their family. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone without reservations.

An amazing place i went in with a broken tooth and left with a perfect smile. Sam was nice, and gentle kept making sure I was okay. He'd carry on a conversation with me while he done his job to help relax me (helps me alot) plus Nick (my favorite hygienist) was the best he gave me all the information I needed to help me through the process. I dont do well with dentists but this one has made me feel alot more comfortable and I look forward to going back for my next treatment.
