My first time at this practice was a very good experience. I was on pain for already a week and I sort of knew they would decide to do a tooth extraction which made me very nervous and anxious. They took me back to the exam room on time. Dr Ramos kindly greeted me and her assistant answered all my questions. Once I found out it was another doctor the one doing the procedure I became a little bit more nervous and skeptical. i was nothing but wrong. Dr Martinez walked in to the room with a very friendly and professional attitude. Dr Martinez took the time to explain to me what she was planning to do and gave me a very high level of confidence. I could have not asked for a better physician to take care of me during those stressing hours. I was very impressed by the office after they called me in the afternoon to follow up on me. I had one concerned and Dr Martinez herself called me at my cell phone. That was exceptional patient care. I would definitely keep on going back there for my regular checks up.

Several years ago I went to get my teeth cleaned. They did the X-rays, the usual. They then told me that I had 6 cavities. I was taken aback because I brush my teeth several times a day and floss every day. I decided to wait to go to another dentist in Colombia where they told me that I had perfect teeth. No cavities whatsoever. Do yourselves a favor and don't go here, they lie just to get your money.

This has got to be the worst dental office ever. I don't even know where to start... If you don't speak Spanish don't even bother going there because you have to go through 5 different people for them to understand what your coming in for and still then your problem won't get solved. They don't care for X-ray exposures and will take it over and over ! And to top it all off they don't do proper cleanings. I literally had to go back after a cleaning and inform them of the tartar in certain areas and that I was bleeding in my gums while brushing and the dentist told me that it was NORMAL! Never in my life have I heard bleeding gums are normal !

I've been there twice and staff and doctors are great. I got my wisdom tooth removed and it didn't take more than 2 mins when the doctor was done. It was very fast and efficient and I was able to eat solids the very next day. I went this past weekend to get some cavities done and it was nice and smooth. A lot of people get impatient sometimes at medical/dental offices but remember to also appreciate the staff especially during these times that it is hard for them to work with all the COVID regulations. The dentist is okay but they have such poor service to the point that I'm never coming back here. Everytime I go I have to wait forever and end up seeing the doctor hours after my appointment time. I arrived today at 3:50, for a 4pm appointment. It is 5:00pm now and they have me sitting in a chair waiting. I have more important things to do than wasting my time im a chair and not getting my dental service, that I am paying for, done. Just go somewhere else or you'll grow old waiting to be seen by this doctor

The general dentistry staff is great, but DO NOT go to the specialist! Not only did he ask for my phone number under false pretenses, and then proceed to hit on me via text message! But also, the implant he did was a disaster and I am now having it fixed by a REAL doctor who knows what she's doing. Again, the general dentist and staff are lovely and they are great with upfront pricing and efficiency. But do not go to the specialist.

Here for braces but every time I get them done or adjusted, they just pop off no matter how hard I try to eat. Broke with soft little foods such as nuggets or sandwiches and there seems to be no way to prevent it from breaking off. Scheduling is not consistent at all either. You might schedule a appointment for one day but then the doctor is not there and nothing can be done! Save you time and money!

The dentist herself is nice. Never had an issue with her. However her staff may be the most incompetent and rude staff that I have ever come into contact with. My husband actually refuses to speak to them anymore because of how rude they are to him. I have been the one having to deal with them most recently and I finally told them I couldn't do it anymore and we are looking for another dentist. Please do not waste your time.
