Friendly and very professional office. You learn how to take care of your teeth. Real people who care about their patients . Recommended the place to all friends and family and they all come back very pleased. +++

I just spent 30 minutes on the line trying to get a hold of someone to make an appointment and wasted my time as the receptionist was rude and for every question would put me on hold. I told her I couldn't hear her and im put on hold. Its not a surprise they have low ratings. Get better staff or train them better. Thank you

Extremely poor practice. His Staff and himself are super nice but I don't think he knows what he is doing. I went to him for tooth ache back and forth for three months but he could not fix it in around 10 visits and multiple procedures and finally I gave up. And switched my dentist. And within a week this dentist fixed my pain. I don't recommend him for advanced care, basic cleaning may be sure.. but I am never going back there.

I was a patient for the last 2 years and no longer going back. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in on time for my scheduled appointment and rather than acknowledge me, just kept talking and talking until I had to say I'm there..10 minutes later. She literally played with her hair!!! To make matters worst, that same receptionist has been consistently rude...this time she booked me at 1:30 pm, on a Tuesday... the middle of my work day...which I decide to book. Rather than respect other individual's time, I waited for 30 minutes before packing my belongings. When I decided to ask why she had book me at 130, and mind you no one in the waiting room, she shrugged her shoulders. I'm sure she was shocked when I decided to give her a piece of my mind. Clearly no respect or consideration for others. Its not the first time, its been pretty consistent bad service. That's not the experience you want nor one needs. I will not go back there again and encourage others not to either, there are many more professional offices...skip this one.

The staff at this dentist office provided professional, efficient, and safe service during these Covid times ... I particularly want to acknowledge Marciella who throughly cleaned my teeth, was attentive and engaging throughout the whole process, and was very informative about how to maintain healthy teeth and what techniques I could use. In addition I would also like to acknowledge the receptionists who take your temperature and make sure that social distancing is practiced in the waiting area. Overall I would recommend their services ...pre covid and present Covid.

Love this office, it's in a very convenient location just a block away from the subway which is great! Staff is very friendly and the doctors are very professional, great service. Clean and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this dental office.
