The staff in this dental office apparently does not believe they should be masked around patients even during this Covid health crisis. Yesterday two of the ladies did not wear masks. Today one of them was maskless again until she heard me say that I walk away from people who do not wear masks! Really! In a place that provides health care! I am so disappointed!

My Grandfather and Father were successful dentist. My expectations were/ are extremely high. I've been looking 20 years to find a Quality Dentist who was a perfectionist with an awesome chair manner as both my Grandfather and Father... I FINALLY FOUND HER!! DR RAMIEREZ far EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! SHE GAVE ME BACK THE PERFECT SMILE I HAD LOST! GREAT STAFF TOO!!!

Amazing office very clean the employees are awesome the dentist is supper nice I was in and out they all so gave me free tooth brush tooth paste and flaws my teeth feel very clean I will be back very soon really like this dentis office

I have been going to Dr. Ramirez for years. A lot of my family members see her as well. I would even schedule appointments when I lived out of south Florida to fit in with the times I would visit my family here. She is an AMAZING dentist and I absolutely love the whole office. The customer service is awesome, making appointments is a breeze, and of course the actual dental work is fantastic. I trust Dr. Ramirez 100 % and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr. Ramirez and staff for all of your hard work and helping me to have healthy gums/teeth!

Amazing staff! Walking in there doesn't feel like the dreadful routine check-up. Gladys, their hygienist is great. She is gentle, has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Ramirez's office. A++

Horrible ! Called to setup an appointment and they demanded to tell them the location where I was calling from. I said I was calling from work. Where is that they asked me. I said I have been a patience for years . I guess it time to find an new dentist. But if you want a dentist that have a nurse that drops your NEW sterilized crown on the floor and just pick it up from the floor and just start to fit it into my mouth without even flush it clean. This dentist is for you ! Same nurse having a cold and just snivelling in my ear all the time. Unfortunately I just have to get another dentist even though the dentist Elisa is doing perfect job and her hygienist is super great. But the rest of her staff sucks. So i just have to find myself a new Dentist after all these years.
