Dr. Nazari is a compassionate and energetic dentist who believes in comprehensive dental treatment. He is always inspiring his patients to take steps to achieve optimal oral health through education and customized treatments towards their individual needs.
Dr. Nazari is a native of San Jose and attended Leland High School. After completing his undergraduate studies from University of California Merced, he then attended Columbia University to pursue his Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology, and soon after went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Nazari is currently a faculty member at UCSF School of Dentistry, where he loves to pass down his knowledge to current students. In order to gain more experience and broaden his knowledge, Dr. Nazari is committed to taking continuing education and staying up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in order to provide the best patient care possible. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, and the American Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Nazaris favorite part about being a dentist is forming quality relationships that are based on integrity and putting the patients best interest at heart.In doing so, he listens to his patients concerns and goals in order to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and includes his patients in the education and decision-making processes.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and trying new restaurants. As a Bay Area native, Dr. Nazari is an avid sports fan attending San Jose Earthquakes, Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers games. He also referees soccer matches ranging from local youth leagues to collegiate level.
Elaine is a native of San Jose. She began her career in the dental field during her senior year of high school at the age of seventeen. Elaine began working with Dr. Vierhus in 1991 until his retirement in 2021 due to his continued excellent service to his patients. Elaine is a huge San Francisco Giants fan and loves going to Oracle Park to watch the Giants play.
Gabi is a native of Romania and came to the United States at the age of 11 and resided in Sacramento, CA. She has moved to the Bay Area with her husband and son four years ago. Gabi has 10 years experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and 19 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She spends most of her time cheering her son playing competitive water polo both at local and international levels. She is an avid traveler and has already visited over 20 countries. Patient care is her passion and she is always taking continuing education classes to stay on top of new developments in the dental field.

Dr Nazari and Staff were fantastic on a recent visit for a crown and a few filling. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this team makes it as pleasant and pain free as possible. Also they are incredibly efficient. There is no waiting around. They had me in my chair instantly and got right to it. Thank you Dr. Nazari and team! P.S. The music they play is also great!

With my previous dentist retiring soon, I was unsure who about who my next dentist would be and was very hesitant about making a switch. I had some tooth pain and so thought it might be a good way to test a new dentist. I came across Dr Nazari and thought I'd make an appointment. I went in for my first today and was very impressed with my visit! The office itself was extremely clean and modern looking, the staff was nice and attentive, and Dr Nazari was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and gave me a thorough explanation as to what was going on with my teeth and what he recommended. I've already made my next cleaning appointment with him!

First of all, if you are looking for a forever dentist Dr. Nazari is the one!! This office is one of the nicest, most modern, and cleanest I have had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment you walk in you feel a sense of calm that aids any anxiety you may have. When scheduling my appointments and working through my insurance Kim was the absolute best, accommodating and diligent! The hygienist was very thorough and sensitive during my cleaning. I would have fallen asleep if I wasn't enjoying our conversation as much as I was (I was asking a lot of questions because she has so much experience and I love teeth haha). After my cleaning Dr. Nazari did a routine oral exam where he discovered a cavity. Thankfully he was able to see me the SAME day and got everything settled. Dr. Nazari is an incredible dentist with a delicate touch who makes you feel extremely comfortable during the whole procedure. He walked me through every step as Elaine, his assistant, kept me comfort. This office is the best I've been to in San Jose! Close to a residential area, accessible parking and a wonderful team. Dr. NAZARI IS THE BEST! Did I mention, they were able to get me in for an EMERGENCY checkup for an uncomfortable ache? I found out about Dr. Nazari through a referral and I couldn't be any happier. He and his staff are super friendly and accommodate my busy work schedule. I recently just finish my Invisalign plan and the results are just amazing. He went out of his way multiple times to confirm if I was pleased with the results or we can continue to fine tune them. He also save me from other work that was not necessary, which other practices told me I had to do. He is very honest and goes above and beyond to check up on every patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Nazari's practice to anyone looking for quality dental work.

Dr. Nazari and his team are incredibly top-notch in their services and care for patients. Dr.Nazari is the best dentist who is so precise with his work and he takes time to explain everything and answers all your questions. I had a dental emergency where my tooth broke in half. I called this office and was accommodated the same day. I was told that a crown is needed and Dr. Nazari was very honest with me about the long term prognosis. I was very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I came back a week later and had my permanent crown cemented. The color matched perfect and looks very natural. I have found my new dental home.
