If you value yourself or your money do not schedule an appointment with this provider. The reception staff especially Julia, are quite rude. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and asked how much they were charging they never called back to let me know until less than 24 hours before my appointment come to find out that they don't accept checks and all cards are charged at a 5% fee so almost $1000 dollars and they think it's a courtesy to let someone know this less than 24 hours before. I canceled my appointment and now they want to charge a cancellation fee. Take your business elsewhere. Take a look at the other reviews, most of the positives are from over 1 year ago.

Lost a tooth due to a failed root canal by this practice. Caused me a lot of pain and is going to cost me a lot more money unnecessarily due to negligence.

Staff are rude, dismissive, incompetent and overall useless. I was charged incorrectly in the office which was a mistake on the part of the staff. I was sent a $10 invoice and they will not allow me to pay over the phone or by card because they are cheap and do not want to cover merchant fees. None of this is my problem by the way. I'm being asked to mail a check or pay with cash, which is SO PETTY & too much to ask especially ALL OVER $10. I have to be inconvenienced due to their error. Literally have never fought anyone this hard to take my money! I had no plans on ever giving this joke of an establishment my business again, however this really solidified my decision. I had a procedure done and was barely given aftercare instructions I had to ask many questions and pry information from the dental assistant who barely uttered two words to me. Jennifer who answers the phones lacks professionalism and seems to have comprehension issues. Became excited and started raising her voice during the call. Avoid this place at all costs.

The office lost power right before my root canal (after I was already numbed and leaning back in the chair) and instead of sending me home, Dr. Niemann was able to still complete my procedure safely so I didn't have to stay in pain until I could reschedule my appt! I was also his last patient of the day and I never felt like he was rushing to hurry up and finish. As muck as I don't like the dentist, any future work that I can get done by him, will be done by him!

The office lost power right before my root canal (after I was already numbed and leaning back in the chair) and instead of sending me home, Dr. Niemann was able to still complete my procedure safely so I didn't have to stay in pain until I could reschedule my appt! This is a great office. The front desk staff, dental assistants and Dr. Niemann were all amazing and very helpful.The front desk explained the costs for any anticipated procedures so there was no surprise, which was great. Dr. Neimann was warm and friendly. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to make the final decision as to if I would like to proceed. I was very hesitant to get the procedure I needed done due to previous bad experiences (elsewhere), but Dr. Neimann seemed knowledgeable and experienced enough. The procedure was nothing short of amazing; quick and literally painless. I even returned to work right after. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a skilled and professional endodontist.

Thank you to Dr Niemann and the great staff, Root Canal was painless. Shots were even okay. Master of your craft. Next day and I don't feel anything as long as I don't chew on that side cause it's tender, Love the way you took your time and made me at ease. TV was a huge help to just distract me completely. Thanks for the best care!

I neglected getting this root canal done for fear of pain. I spoke to the customer service staff on the phone and they were very nice and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Today 10/22/18 I went to get the Root Canal done, Dr. Ralph Niemann was Excellent, he made me feel comfortable, explained my condition and what he was gonna do. I felt no pain and I remained very relaxed and comfortable during and after. I recommend Dr. Niemann for you root canal needs and beyond, he is professional and has a down to earth personality. They also have TV screens with headphones to help put you at ease. How Wonderful is that. I was watching HGTV while he worked on my tooth and felt no pain. I'm already scheduled for my 2nd and last root canal soon. Go to Dr. Niemann you will be glad you did. Kudos to Megan and the staff too. Felicia P.

Wonderful office. I saw a bad review posted earlier and I was just there. No my insurance company did not cover all my costs but I completely understand because it was my responsibility to check this before I had any procedures done. The staff explained to me that I had other dental work done which had not posted yet when they called to verify my out of pocket expenses. As an adult I get it. I would never post a bad review because of my negligence. The staff is just a messager and the doctors are amazing! Don't let one bad review over money spoil a great experience.

Terrible customer service. Office clerk "Jennifer" if that is even her real name can't process a claim correctly, and didn't understand how the insurance plans work if you have more than one. Blames the customer for not being able to enter information correctly. Not sure how this office vets the staff hired, but changes will probably be made in the near future. I do know that me and my family will never frequent this business again. My understanding is this office wants your money so treatment is given even though your insurance doesn't cover the work, but you are told otherwise and stuck with a very large bill. Why would I need to call three times for a claim to be submitted? It is because my insurance company doesn't even accept this business on its plan, but was told otherwise by the referral and the office providing treatment. I wouldn't trust this office for any kind of treatment, even if it was free, or the closest office in a 100 mile radius. Best check your business you select for service very carefully. Otherwise you will be taken advantage of by people who don't know anything about professionalism, courtesy, and doing the job right! "I'm the only person in the whole office...nobody else is here..." really, not very professional, not at all, have a nice day Jennifer!

I absolutely love Dr. Neimann. He is truly the best. Him and Megan work great together. Today I called for an emergency appointment and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I ended up having to get a root canal and Dr. Niemann stayed so that he could do it on the same day and so I wouldn't have to come back. Not to mention that I felt no pain at all while he was working on my tooth. Afterwards I was even told that he is available after hours if an emergency comes up. The office is very clean and the front desk ladies are super helpful. Overall I would most definitely recommend Dr. Neimann to ANYONE. You won't regret choosing him for your dental needs!
