If you value yourself or your money, do not schedule an appointment with this provider. The reception staff especially Julia (Office Manager?) are quite rude. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and asked how much they were charging they never called back to let me know until less than 24 hours before my appointment come to find out that they don't accept checks and all cards are charged at a 5% fee so almost $1000 dollars and they think it's a courtesy to let someone know this. I canceled my appointment and now they want to charge a cancellation fee. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a toothache for years and no dentist could say why. Then I went to Dr Neimann - with a referral- and he figured it out right away and treated it. I was out in less than two hours. Also he's super gentle and mindful to not hurt his patients. I highly recommend him and his practice. From the front desk to the hygienist, all employees were professional and kind.

Staff are rude, dismissive and overall useless. I was charged incorrectly in the office which was a mistake on the part of the staff. I was sent a $10 invoice and they will not allow me to pay over the phone or by card because they are cheap and do not want to cover merchant fees. None of this is my problem by the way. I'm being asked to mail a check or pay with cash, which is SO PETTY & too much to ask especially ALL OVER $10. I have to be inconvenienced due to their error. Literally have never fought anyone this hard to take my money! I had no plans on ever giving this joke of an establishment my business again, however this really solidified my decision. I had a procedure done and was barely given aftercare instructions I had to ask many questions and pry information from the dental assistant who barely uttered two words to me. Jennifer who answers the phones lacks professionalism and seems to have comprehension issues. Became excited and started raising her voice during the call. Avoid this place at all costs.

My 8 year old daughter had an infection in her tooth. Dr. Niemann and staff treated her like a little princess and made her procedure comfortable and safe. I can't say enough about how happy she was that the pain went away. She was able to eat and enjoy our small Thanksgiving celebration. 2020 has been a roller-coaster ride but this experience was a silver lining. God Speed!

Really unfortunate experience with Dr. Niemann in our family. My husband went to a consultation to fix a procedure from many years ago. He suggested a small procedure. We were getting married shortly after this first appointment, so my husband made it clear that he would not be scheduling this appointment for a few weeks. Apparently, an appointment was put on the books? No confirmation call was given, nothing. We received a bill in the mail a few weeks later for $150 due to a missed surgery appointment. He called and the very rude front desk girl told him that "it was on the books." We will never be going back there and it's unfortunate that their business practices are this bad.

Use caution when visiting this practice! I went for a root canal consultation which Dr. Neimann said was not needed. Another procedure was recommended however, not immediately needed. Dr. Neimann recommended I schedule an appointment in the next few months. I received a $150 bill in the mail for a missed appointment that was never discussed or confirmed. The receptionist was defiant and said that she had it on her books therefore, it was confirmed. She also said they called multiple times and my voicemail was full each time. My voicemail is never full due to my profession and I have no missed calls from their office. The receptionist then said "I don't know what to tell you" and I stated that I was unwilling to pay the bill. Her response was that they would take the appropriate measures to pursue payment. This type of unprofessionalism needs to be shared.

Dr. Niemann is great! I do not like going to any type of dentist I crushed my jaw 38 years ago and can't open my mouth very wide so it's hard to get in and it was the very back tooth he worked on. I also have difficulty's getting numb her he gets it first try. Took about an hour he talks to you if you and jokes around.

Terrible customer service. Office clerk "Jennifer" if that is even her real name can't process a claim correctly, and didn't understand how the insurance plans work if you have more than one. Blames the customer for not being able to enter information correctly. Not sure how this office vets the staff hired, but changes will probably be made in the near future. I do know that me and my family will never frequent this business again. My understanding is this office wants your money so treatment is given even though your insurance doesn't cover the work, but you are told otherwise and stuck with a very large bill. Why would I need to call three times for a claim to be submitted? It is because my insurance company doesn't even accept this business on its plan, but was told otherwise by the referral and the office providing treatment. No doubt due to the charges, so you have a very large co-pay. I wouldn't trust this office for any kind of treatment even if it was free, or the closest office in a 50 mile radius. Best check your business you select for service very carefully. Otherwise you will be taken advantage of by people who don't know anything about professionalism, courtesy, and doing the job right! Trust me, the details are too long too mention. When I asked for help, I was told "I'm the only person in the whole office...nobody else is here...", I guess you are treating the patients and doing the dental work, and answering the phones too...really...would not let me speak to anyone else...not very professional, not at all, have a nice day Jennifer Ralph W. Niemann Nathaniel T. Nicholson, or whatever your name is!
