Staff is incompetent. We had a 6 month window before my son's procedure and they have plenty of time to tell me what papers or medical clearance I need for my son. They called me 3 weeks before the procedure that I needed cardiologist medical clearance . They wanted to me rush and get the medical clearance and wanted us to Come in for another X-ray because it the 1st X-ray was already 5 months ag. According to the staff they usually ask patients to comeback every 3 months for an X-ray. Why was this wasn't told to us during the 1st visit? I clearly asked the doctor if I needed a cardiologist medical clearance but told me I don't have to because it the cardiac issue of my son was already resolved 7 years ago. Shady dental dental staff and Incompetent. I suggest going somewhere else.

As always, the dentists with the kiddos and clear on care. Having a special needs child, I normally find difficulty getting the right care so this was great.

Going to Dr. Zotovich was the best decision I made for my daughter. We had been to several other dentist who gave us the runaround and made it very difficult to get my daughter help. After the first visit Dr Zotovich he made both of us very comfortable and took her right away as a patient. She had her dentist appointment and they did a wonderful job and he fixed her teeth and she felt comfortable and safe and we love the whole office from his assistants to his office manager. I recommend Dr zotovich for every child he will help you and make it a wonderful experience so they will always take care of their teeth. Thank you Dr zotovich and everyone that works in your office. My main concern was not having my son being strapped down as this was the reason why we changed our last dentist. The last dentist tromatized my son and this was explained to Ralph during our consultation. I specifically told him I wouldn't proceed with the dental work if this was their practice. He said "No" so we proceeded with the dental work. Well it turns out they did strap my son down afterall. My son was crying and a angry when we left. I was so upset when I left their office and I didn't make a big deal because I didn't want to make a scene. Well I decided to visit another dentist and a year later was told that the fillings needed to be redone because they were not done correctly. Beware.

I have an autistic son that is afraid of Doctors and Dentists but Dr. Zotovich does extremely well with him and makes him feel comfortable. Thank you so much.

The staff was so Friendly and considerate of my son being very scared. Dr. Zotovich was sooo great, kind, concerned, helpful and really cared about making sure my son can have a good dental experience

I love the staff and Dr. Zotovich...everyone is great! My youngest has a very difficult time due to past experiences, but they are so patient with him. I really appreciate their patience, them giving me options about care and taking the time to explain them. I was going to them unfortunately lost my insurance and had to go to another dentist and I saw the difference right away. I decided to pay for insurance just so that I can go back to them. I can assure you that your children will be in good hands.

I have only positive things to say about this office. The staff are friendly and professional. More so then what I've experienced anywhere else. The receptionist is very friendly, organized and helpful. I haven't found another that compares. The dentist was extremely thorough and gave time to answer any questions. I had many questions and he sat and made sure I felt confident in the treatment plan. The procedures went as planned and my child felt no pain. The dental assistant is also very pleasant and professional. Overall, I would and will highly recommend this office.

This is an exceptional pediatric dentistry office. Everyone is soo welcoming and kind. The receptionist very helpful and sweet. The dentist assistant very attentive. Mr. Zotovich explained what the treatment plan was going to be! He really cared for my son and took time to answer his questions too. My son Ricardo looks forward to his appointments. Thank you all for your kindness and for making my son feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this office to all with children. See you all next year!
