Dr. Ralph Kurti majored in biology at Columbia Union College (a Christian college) in Takoma Park, MD. Following that he attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, CA, where he received his DDS (dental) degree in 1972 followed by a year of internship at the dental school. For the next three years he practiced general dentistry in a mission clinic on Guam. In 1976 he returned to again attend LLUSD where he obtained an MS degree in orthodontics. He has been a practicing orthodontist in Franklin, NC since mid 1978, adding the office in Murphy, NC shortly after that and later spending one to two days a month also seeing patients in Robbinsville, NC where he and Dr. Patrick Kelley share an office.

I do not recommend! I had pleasant experience when I took my youngest to get his palette expander taken out. When I returned with my eldest, I was greeted by the rudest receptionist I've ever encountered! Nope! Not putting up with someone talking to me that way. So... I'll take my business elsewhere. I requested to speak to the orthodontist about the course of treatment since we're transferring care from a different state and she was clearly upset that I wanted to know what the plan was before handing over my credit card.

Business is very unprofessional and very poor quality. Only one or two people seem to know what they're actually doing. I always have to go back after a checkup to get them to fix something they messed up during that check up. I have been very disappointed with the quality of service here and do not recommend to anyone.

I am very pleased with Dr. Kurti and his staff. They have always been very professional and have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is right. They have even went in after hours when we had issues and fixed them right away! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding orthodontist.

I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Kurti himself. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Any time I had a problem with my braces someone would come and help me... even on their days off!!! amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone! You defiently will leave there smiling.. with a better smile!!!
