While originally a Brooklyn-born native, Dr. Lyristis received her dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. She decided to return to her hometown to continue her professional training, which is what led her to her first year of postgraduate residency training at NYU Langone Medical Center in Brooklyn, a level-one trauma center.
Dr. Marsheh first earned his DDS degree from New York University in 1998, then practiced general dentistry for one year. He would eventually go on to complete a 2-year residency and receive his degree in Endodontics from NYU Lutheran Medical Center. As he completed his specialty training, Dr. Marsheh conducted research at New York University. Here, he focused on Anxiety toward Endodontic Treatment.

Another outstanding experience with the dental hygenist: I was listened to, my questions were answered and the cleaning was thorough, yet gentle. A+ 10/27/22 Recently revisited this office and I am very happy to report that my initial visit impressions were confirmed: pleasant, thorough, and efficient service Friendly helpful office staff. Seen on time. Efficient Xray tech. Thorough cleaning by dental Hygenist . Post- cleaning exam by the new dentist...Dr. Lyristis... was helpful and thorough. I've been coming to this office for dental care since 1994 and will dearly miss my old dentist, Dr. Schwartz, who has retired. I am happy to report that my experience today was a very positive one helped in no small.part by recent renovations and spanking new equipment as well as a staff that was pleasant and efficient. Oct 27 2020 Had a nice experience and the hygenist was excellent in her taking care of my cleaning. Look forward to Feb 2nd 2023. Excellent care was provided. The facility was clean and the medical staff was very friendly. My second visit was very nice. I am very happy September 20th The experience was great. The hygenist was excellent and it was all good. 6/28/21 Good visit.The surgeon was very nice along with the assistant who is always very professional. I am very satisfied. 7/25/22 Excellent visit. Very satisfied with the care provided. It is always a pleasure. Looking forward to my next visit on Oct 27th which will be just as satisfying.

I have been a patient at Ralph Avenue Dental Care since 1979 and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is simply wonderful, right down the line. They are such lovely, decent, caring individuals. You cannot help but fall in love with them. I am always treated like family when I go there. If you have any concerns or fears about any procedure, they will be allayed in a most caring, sensitive and compassionate manner. This Office truly cares about every person who comes in and treats everyone with great respect and consideration. The staff has always made me feel like I was important and special to them. It's like they can't do enough to make me feel comfortable and cared about. They never take you for granted. And that's why they've had my loyalty and appreciation for over 40 years. The Dental Hygienist who worked on me today was just wonderful beyond words. She was so good to me and treated me so well, I felt as if I was floating on a cloud. I am so happy for the opportunity to share my warm feelings about this practice. They are the best of the best.

Loved every part of my visit. The staff was super friendly and nice and so were the hygienists and doctors. Everyone was professional. They've updated the lobby too since the last time I've visited (which to be fair was over 15 years ago). Great experience overall.

My cleaning, X-ray and physical dental visit was amazing! Ami was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, gentle and very professional. The office and room was clean, well prepared, and inviting. I felt comfortable and assured of every step he was going to make. Overall, I left after a great consultation and I even made my next appointment for March 2022. Well done. As a first time patient my experience was awesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful the waiting time was very short the doctor explained everything in detail my exray nurse was soooooo sweet I would recommend every and anyone to Ralph Avenue Dental Care,and as the name suggests ' Dental Care' they do CARE.

So I am going to be completely transparent! I called and spoke to a make an appointment as I needed a root canal. I am dental phobic and require nitrous to have any procedure done. My union UFT said he was a provider. I called and was told for a fee he will use the nitrous. I explained that I am extremely dental phobic and was told no worries. Also, that he charges 300.00 over the fee my union covers, plus the nitrous! Which is crazy but I decided to go with this dentist, Dr. Firas Marsheh. Well when I got in the room the assistant tried to say I don't need the nitrous! Excuse me I asked and travelled to ensure I had what's I need then he said this is going to hurt. Which it did and then once done walked out , not even giving me follow up care! He is a poor exude for a dentist and I will be taking it up with anyone who will hear how poorly I was treated! Don't use him! I hope he is treated his way by a so called medical professional one day! Karma!

I left a previous 5star review about this place when I first visited, but had to update that review, because after dealing with their "regional manager", I just don't feel the same way anymore. I was a new patient at Ralph Avenue Dental for almost two months, brought my family to them as new patients as well. The reviews about the staff being sweet and amazing and helpful are definitely true. The office is spacious and modern and clean. I was happy to call this place my dental office, till I started receiving estimates from my insurance company. The service and staff are Great! Just be aware of what you are being charged for each service you receive. Good luck

Very kind staff that assisted me as I use a walker. My wife and I love Dr Smith and how he was able to help me. Toni was exceptional. She went out of her way to come out and help us. Cannot say enough great things about them.
