Dr. Rallis graduated from Lincoln East High School where he was active in both track and cross country. After graduation, he attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, majoring in biology. After college, Dr. Rallis attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and graduated with high distinction in 2006. This achievement earned him a position in the Orthodontic Residency Program at the University of Oklahoma, from which he graduated in December 2008. During residency, he was exposed to a broad range of orthodontic techniques, from traditional braces to the most advanced treatment methods.
Dr. Rallis was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is excited to be back in his hometown treating family and friends. Dr. Rallis loves spending time with his wife, three children, and miniature schnauzer Willa. He also enjoys traveling, running, rock climbing, and keeping healthy. He has one brother, David, who founded Nebraska Oral and Facial Surgery in Lincoln after finishing his Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Rallis is dedicated to the orthodontic profession.
Dr. Tami Bonilla grew up outside of Parkston, South Dakota, where she was very active in sports, her church, and her community. She first moved to Lincoln to attend college at the University of Nebraska, where she obtained her bachelors degree in nutritional science. It did not take long for her to fall in love with Lincoln! After graduating from UNL, Dr. Tami stayed in Lincoln to attend the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Graduating with high distinction, she earned a spot in the Orthodontic Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she was very fortunate to learn from a large number of skilled and experienced clinicians in a setting that provided the most up-to-date technology. Here, she earned both her masters degree and orthodontic certification. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Tami also went on to become board certified. After finishing residency, Dr. Tami stayed and worked in private practice in the Houston area before moving back to Lincoln in 2017.
In 2017, opportunities arose in Lincoln for both Dr. Tami and her husband Brandon who is now the head mens soccer coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University and they jumped at the chance to move back to the city where they met. Dr. Tami felt very honored to join the team at Rallis Orthodontics, where it was evident that patient care and quality of treatment were held to high standards. Despite being a native Texan, Brandon and Dr. Tami looks forward to raising their kids in the Midwest! In her spare time, Dr. Tami enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, anything sports-related, listening to music and dancing, being outdoors (when its not too cold), and cheering on the Huskers and the Prairie Wolves

Michelle is a Ceritified Dental Assistant and brings over 27 years of experience to Rallis and Bonilla Orthodontics. She will be one of the first people you meet within our office. She loves orthodontics and getting to know the families entrusted to our care. Michelle and her husband have two children and enjoy their kids activities and spending time with family and friends.
Nicki joined the Rallis and Bonilla Orthodontics staff with 16 years of orthodontic experience. She loves giving our patients the wonderful smile they deserve, and getting to know them through treatment is even better! Nicki and her husband have three beautiful daughters who keep them busy with school, sports, and other activities. When they get a free moment, they enjoy camping, traveling, and soaking up the sun.
Marilyn is a Certified Dental Assistant and works closely with Dr. Rallis to ensure our patients get the best, most comfortable care. She is married with a daughter. Marilyn loves kids. She has been a Girl Scout leader for over 10 years. Even though she loves working at Rallis Orthodontics, Marilyn is always looking forward to her next vacation and travel so she can spend time with her family.
Jayne helps our patients with their insurance claims and we count on her to keep our financial records in order. She manages the office with over 27 years of experience. Jayne and her husband have two wonderful children and their spouses, five grandchildren and enjoy attending all the activities they are involved in.
Julie helps manage the financial aspects of our practice and welcomes any questions you might have. She looks forward to working with a great team and helping provide a great experience for our patients. Julie and her husband have five grown children and three grandchildren. Julie enjoys all things grandchildren, reading, doing crafts, and volunteering.
Pam keeps the business of our practice in good working order. She is in charge of bookkeeping as well as keeping our offices looking sharp. Pam and her husband have two sons, David and Paul. They also have two granddaughters and three grandsons. Pam loves to cook and entertain in her home for family and friends.
Alyona enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships with patients and their families at Rallis Orthodontics. Outside of the office, her hobbies include cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband. Fun fact: if you need help driving a stick, she can teach you!
Kerrington enjoys working with patients to help them better understand how their braces work and what to expect during treatment. What she loves most about being part of the staff is seeing the beautiful transformation! In her spare time she can be found crafting all sorts of things. An animal lover at heart, she once had a pet raccoon!
Ennas favorite part about working at Rallis and Bonilla Orthodontics is seeing patients leave happy and confident after treatment. She loves spending time with her 6 siblings, especially her sister Alyona! Enna has a huge sweet tooth and loves all things candy and chocolate (dont worry, she brushes her teeth often)!
Barbra loves helping patients work towards a smile theyre happy with for years to come. Born and raised in Lincoln Nebraska, she has been a dental assistant since 2005. She is married to her high school sweetheart with two beautiful girls. She loves spending time with family and friends. Her favorite getaway destination is anywhere with a beach, especially sunny Florida!
