Awesome team of orthodontists!!! Did great work with both of our young boys (11 and 9), one of whom already had a spacer and will need Invisalign. Fixed a cross bite in our other boy. The technology they used to map their teeth was really cool and they were really great with our kids. I highly, highly recommend Drs. Lee and Neill.

Dr. Lee is so caring and phenomenal, both as a doctor and a person, and I'm absolutely delighted with the progress we've made on my teeth. And more importantly, she's helped me immensely on my journey to better dental health! She really goes out of her way for her patients, and she makes every appointment delightful (which is astonishing because orthodontia isn't usually my idea of a fun time). There really isn't a better orthodontist out there!

Raleigh Family Orthodontics has been the best dental experience for our kids. The outstanding orthodontist couple are not only the most skillful and knowledgeable dentists, but also the kindest and most caring human beings we have seen. They were always available when we needed them and flexible when our plans had to change last minute. One can't ask for better dental care in such a professional, yet family-like environment. What a GREAT orthodontic team! We have been patients of Raleigh Family Orthodontics for the past four years. My eldest child had a good experience with braces. Dr. Lee is so kind and patient. She made my shy teenager feel at ease during each visit. The office was always willing to squeeze us in for surprise wire breaks or sore spots. Recently, I became an adult patient and Dr. Lee guided me through the process of Invisalign. I am THRILLED with the results and so glad I went to Dr. Lee. If you are looking for a place to go or take your child that is friendly, peaceful, and people that are experts- this is place for you.

She is the kindest and most genuine orthodontist of the few practices I've seen. She treated me like a human being, like a real person. Please at least see her for a free exam when you're looking around for options. I felt so safe with her. She personally saw me through the whole exam, from greeting to billing. She did not rush me through like other places had. She was genuinely concerned and invested on our first meeting. Her office was comfortable and quiet and has interesting art. She has some suggestions to help with financing. I feel like if I started seeing her, that she would be like a good friend.

Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill at Raleigh Family Orthodontics did a great job working with our oldest son on braces and everything that has gone with it. Throughout the whole process, they have been very communicative, very flexible on scheduling and have always put our son first. We never thought that he would have such an easy time dealing with braces. They both care very much about their patients and their practice is a very warm, comfortable environment. Our daughter will need braces soon and there's nowhere else in Raleigh that we would consider taking her.

I was fortunate enough to intern under Dr. Lee & Dr. Neill my senior year of high school at Leesville Road and learn valuable skills not just for dental school, but for life as well through their kindness and genuine compassion towards patients. One of the first things I noticed about Raleigh Family Orthodontics was the sense of familiarity and comfort I felt as soon as I walked in. Conveniently located by Leesville and a shopping center, the office welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds. I had the pleasure of getting to know many during my internship, and they all had the same consensus about RFO: Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill cultivate a feeling of hospitality that is unrivaled by any practice. RFO is the perfect example that bigger is not always better, for they are able to form deeper bonds and trust of care with their patients that nearby offices cannot. My time there was brief but beautiful, and I would not have wished to spend my senior year any other way. I myself am continuing my invisalign process started at another office with RFO thanks to the convenience of the office. If you are looking to beautify your smile, whether it be with braces or invisalign, there is no greater place to go to.

Getting braces or Invisalign is a big investment and it is really important to have an orthodontist you can trust. Dr. Lee is wonderful and I am so glad I chose them to give me a beautiful smile again!

I'm half-way through my Invisalign treatment and highly recommend Dr. Lee! I really like the convenience of the location and seeing my orthodontist the whole time and not feeling like a number. You definitely get more attention at this practice than others. If you are looking for a practice that really cares about you as a person and getting the smile you want then look no further than Raleigh Family Orthodontics.

Dr. Lee is AMAZING! I have a lot of anxiety around dental work because of past experiences, but she made me feel very comfortable since day one. She is very thorough in her explanations and her work, and is sure to be precise. She was also super accommodating to my schedule, and went above and beyond to make sure my smile looked great for my wedding. The office is neat and clean, and everyone is always warm, welcoming, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Raleigh Family Orthodontics to everyone. Dr. Lee was completely invested in my adult braces journey and I cannot thank her enough for giving me my confident smile!

Dr. Neill and Dr. Lee did a great job with my orthodontic treatment. I am an over 50 patient who should have had braces as a kid, but never did. They convinced me it would be a good investment at this stage in my life. And I have to totally agree. A previous orthodontist told me I would need oral surgery to straighten my smile, but Dr. Lee did a fantastic job with just traditional braces. A little over a year, and I went from never smiling to beaming and showing off my teeth every chance I get. I highly recommend their office.

I am so grateful and thankful for Dr. Lee for giving me a perfect smile. Dr. Lee was absolutely awesome through my two year process. I originally started out with Invisalign but I wanted to switch over to the original braces, when I made the request Dr. Lee had no issues at making the adjustment to switch me over. Through the pandemic Raleigh Family Orthodontics made all the adjustments to assure all their clients safety. I never once felt in jeopardy of my health while attending my appointments. Finally, through the pandemic and all the adjustments with my schedule Dr. Lee did all she could to assure that my braces was off before my birthday. The week before my birthday my braces was off and I celebrated my birthday without braces. Thank you so much Dr.Lee for an excellent job, the many beautiful engaging conversations that I will miss having with you, your excellent professional expertise. I highly recommend Raleigh Family Orthodontics for all your all your orthodontic needs.

We love Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill at Raleigh Family Orthodontics! They are a husband and wife team and are some of the kindest people you will ever meet! Their office, which is located on Leesville Road, is clean and inviting, and they always welcome us at the door with a smile. They are professional, thorough, and honest, and we have been very pleased with the orthodontic treatment plans that both of our girls have had, as well as their results! Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill take the time to get to know their patients and show that they truly care about them and their smiles. As a result, my daughters look forward to each visit with them! In my opinion, Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill go above and beyond as our family's orthodontists and we can not recommend Raleigh Family Orthodontics enough!

Raleigh Family Orthodontics truly feels like your own family is caring for you! Their office is always extremely cheerful, engaging, immaculately clean, with state of the art treatment options. They discussed all options with me for correcting a painful malaligned bite and I chose Invisalign. I just finished my treatment and am ecstatic about the results. No more pain and a perfect smile, I'm forever grateful for the expertise and attentive care of Dr Lee and Dr Neill, they're a perfect match and deliver great results! I'm the third family member to be cared for by RFO and there is no where else we would consider going, simply THE BEST!!!
