me and my family have been with them for 6 years. every time when i call them they always ready for help they solve my problems and do their best, they treat us like a family. they all so kind especially doctor Robert and Mrs. Melissa i consider them as my family , I really appreciate everything they did to us i hardly recommend everyone to register with the clinic , you are the best God bless you

Entire staff is warm and inviting and they got me in and out even without an appointment the day before for an emergency and scheduled me a cleaning for the day after. I think I finally found a dentist family I can trust.

Dr. Hoyle did a great job on my chipped tooth and was able to see me on short notice. I highly recommend him for your dental work.

I will not be returning to this office. I went to the office in February for the routine cleaning, but also to get some information for possible veneers. My insurance would not cover the procedure; however, I was still inquiring. It is now August, and no one has followed up with any information, and yet they have me scheduled for a follow up. Additionally, I found the office very disheveled, Dr. Hoyle's wife had left used shoes for the women in the office to rifle through to see if they wanted them -- in an area of the office that was seen by patients.

The entire staff at Raleigh Family Dentistry is wonderful! Everyone is professional and very friendly. Dr. Hoyle takes time with patients to thoroughly answer questions and address concerns and is especially patient with kids. I would definitely recommend them!

Raleigh Family Dentistry is just that... a family. Dr. Hoyle and Melissa are patient centric and honest about treatment options. Dr. Hoyle isn't "creatively diagnosing" with unnecessary dental work like other dentist in the area. Having a team I can trust to be patient, kind and always looking out for my best interest of my overall dental health is everything. Thank you so much.

Dr Kirk and Melissa worked together to extract a tooth that had broken near gum line. He deadend the area and removed the tooth with very little pain. Excellent experience!

I would like to say first , Dr. Hoyle is an amazing dentist. I have spent out of pocket 4000.00. I was saving up for another 9000.00 to complete work. I do not have insurance. I unfortunately will not be returning . I called about a sore tooth , they told me to come in they would work it in . I came in told Dr. Hoyle I started antibiotics 72 hours before he said needed more time come back on Tuesday . I came in Tuesday and was notified I owed 144.00 for previous office visit. So the 4 min "office visit " where I was told to come back was almost as much as the procedure . The office manager was aloof and stated that's the way it is . So before you go to this office just know to walk in the door is 144.00 iregardless of service . This practice is obviously for insured patients as I'm positive they do not pay 144.00 to step in the door . If you are insured , Dr. Hoyle is the best .

My first visit was definitely a 5 star experience. Dr. Hoyle was recommended to me by my son in law. The office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Hoyle all were so kind, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking for a Dentist for yourself or your family, you will love it here! My wife has scheduled an appointment next month to see Dr. Hoyle.

About 4 years ago I came to find Dr Hoyle more or less by happenstance .I was in need of a cosmetic overhaul to put it plainly.The decline in my confidence to smile or (lack of )was beginning to effect my confidence both personally and professionally .When I originally was brought into the examining room for consultation I was greeted by Melissa and any apprehension I had was dispelled immediately she was warm and inviting and made me feel at ease from jump.After the screening process I was met by Dr Hoyle , could I be delusional or is this guy be just as pleasant as Melissa nope he was every bit as disarming and pleasant so already I am figuring this has got to go south at some point .However 4 years later I am treated like part of what they do not and not an extraneous casualty they have to deal with .Not to mention the work has always been top notch.People when I tell you are crazy to not change dental care providers and get to this office ASAP I mean it.But most important Thank You for the care and the amazing results .

We love this dentist! Everyone in the office is amazingly helpful and kind. They make the children's visits very easy and welcoming for them. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I am not a patient but something happened to a client of mine that is a patient at this clinic that really struck a nerve. I received a call Friday, February 25th to tow a vehicle. A young female was trying to leaving her job and her car wouldn't start. She called this office to cancel an appointment for her and her son in the afternoon because she would not have transportation until further notice. This office charged my client 50 bucks per canceled appointment for a situation that was totally out of her control. Meaning that this office cared more about money than the patient itself. I understand, offices charge a fee for missing or canceling an appointment without 24-48 hours notice but I think there is a fine line between not showing up for an appointment and missing an appointment due to extenuating circumstances. Even worse, I towed her from her place of employment, a popular dental office.
