Dr. Kati Hetrick marries experience from five plus years in private practice with information from cutting edge continuing education courses to provide her patients with high quality dental care. She has the heart of a teacher. In every interaction she strives to education, explain, and counsel so each individual feels comfortable with the decisions they make for their mouths. A gentle touch and positive attitude will comfort you during your dental visit.
Dr. Hetrick is a native of Kansas. After receiving her Bachelors of Science degree from University of Kansas, Dental School brought her to Buffalo, New York where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2009. In a pursuit of excellence, Dr. Hetrick completed a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. During her post graduate residency, she received additional training from dental specialists in all fields of dentistry. A passion for lifelong learning motivates her to attend frequent dental meetings, study clubs, and workshops.
Liz has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Greensboro and went to the University of Chapel Hill to complete Dental Assisting. Liz has been a part of the Raleigh Dental Arts team since 2008 working for Dr. Agarwal as his lead assistant before transitioning into the role of Sleep Coordinator in 2016. As our Sleep Coordinator, Liz helps those suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP intolerance to find other alternatives through oral appliances.
Liz enjoys traveling, trying new food, biking and gardening. Liz says in her many years at Raleigh Dental Arts she has seen the difference we have made in peoples lives through changing their smiles to improve their confidence. For others, their health by giving them back the ability to eat and enjoy food which has improved the quality of their life. Patients here become our family and that is how we treat them here.
