Her advanced training and her love for children has created a fun, caring, and exciting environment where your child will not only receive the very best care, but actually enjoy the experience as well!

Not all pediatric dentists are certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). The ABPD certifies pediatric dentists based on standards of excellence that lead to high quality oral health care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special health care needs.

A pediatric dentist that is board certified has gone through a rigorous examination process with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Certification by the ABPD provides assurance to the public that a pediatric dentist has successfully completed accredited training and a voluntary 2-part examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills, and experience requisite to the delivery of quality patient care.

Dr. Dail is great. My son has seen her 3 times and on this last visit he was a lot more reluctant to having his teeth touched and she was patient, direct, and efficient. My son soon relaxed and did well. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is all of the communication I received said siblings not being treated could not attend the appointment. Upon arrival I learned that wasn't the case and had unnecessarily stressed with arranging a babysitter for my four week baby. This wasn't the first time I had a communication issue with this office and several friends have expressed similar problems. When I asked about the clinic's visitor policy the receptionist brushed it off that it was old information on the automated texts. Well ok then, how long does it take to update your info??

My girls have seen Dr. Dail a few times now, and our experience has been wonderful. Dr. Dail has such a calm, nurturing, and kind approach to working with children and families. She is an excellent dentist, and my children have actually enjoyed their visits! The office is clean and fun for the kids with iPads, toys, books, and kid sized furniture. Personnel are professional and knowledgeable. Update: I took my children to another dentist in order to get earlier appointments for cleanings. I was told two of my children needed fillings. I decided to go back to Dr. Dail for another look. Turns out neither of my children needed fillings! I am so grateful for Dr. Dail and the dental team for their expertise and integrity! I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming. We have really struggled finding a dentist that can treat our oldest, special needs son and this office was hands down the best!

We had a great experience for my child's first appointment. Her office is very clean and beautiful. There was a tablet playing Cocomelon to distract my child who was singing along to the songs. Dr. Dail and her assistant were quick and made my 18 month old comfy and happy. They gave great tips on how to keep my tot's teeth clean and stop her thumb sucking.

The staff and Dr. Dail are amazing! The front staff worked to get us in earlier by calling each time they had a cancellation and were so nice. Dr. Dail and dental assistant took extra time with my one year old and made her feel comfortable before starting. No tears here!! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for my kids!

We have been seeing Dr. Dail's office for cleanings and have always been very happy with the care. But this week my son chipped his front tooth nearly in half and it was after business hours. I wasn't sure what to do. I text the after hours number and got a response immediately and a call from Dr. Dail within a few minutes. She was able to direct me on what to do at that moment and then got us in quickly to get it repaired. He was comfortable during the appointment and the repair looks great. I could not be happier with the care he received!

Dr. Dail was super friendly and was able to examine my son's teeth quickly while he was fussing. She spent time answering various questions and giving me great advice.

So happy with Dr Dail and her staff. We are coming from another dental practice that got our oldest son traumatized. She's been always super sweet and patient and got him to trust her completely. Highly recommend her.

My son went in for dental surgery and everyone there made the experience very easy and comfortable. I was so nervous but everyone reassured me that everything was going good with my son and the procedures. Talked to me about everything as far as changes and what to expect

I took both of my kiddos to Dr Dail for the first time today and they both enjoyed their visit. I loved the facility and the staff was very friendly. One of my kids (usually shy when around new people) was easily open to talk with the hygienist and dentist. So happy we found this dental office!

Dr Dail is the best pediatric dentist that we have ever been to shes very professional and nice and made my child feel comfortable she does a great job of finding cavities and treating them I completely trust her with my kids teeth which I can't say about other dentists but I can about Dr Dail! Her staff is also very careful and clean they always change gloves and properly clean and care for their equipment which I have personally observed! Thank you Dr Dail for caring for my child's teeth!

If your child cannot sit 100% still like a statue or cries even a little bit- Dr. Dail will suggest that your only option is anesthesia which is an out of pocket cost. Our son had already received the numbing shots (he usually can't even get through that!!) and she gave up and said she couldn't continue as soon as she started. I was very disappointed after seeing so many suggest her. If your child has any kind of special needs, or distress from going to the dentist- I'd look elsewhere for care. I've unfortunately seen many others have the same experience.

We are newer to the area and my daughter had an absolutely amazing first visit today. The staff members are so nice and completely put my daughter at ease. She is usually a bit nervous. Dr. Dail was so sweet and gentle with my daughter. Really great experience and excellent care. I love how mindful she is of using language in-front of children that may make them nervous.

We moved from Oakland and had to look for a new dentist for my two kids. I found this office via google and read reviews. Making appointment is basically online I think they are very busy because when I call it goes to voicemail. The office is clean but not very kid friendly. Dr. Dail was very friendly and gave good advice. I do however think the staff needs to be a little bit more kid friendly. One of my child hygienist failed to make him cooperate/comfortable. She gave up when I told her that it was his first visit (he is 4yrs old). So, the hygienist that my daughter got has to take care of him afterwards. Which at that time my son was completely cooperative and brushing his teeth was a breeze. I think I got charged too much $$ for paying cash. And all we did was routine checkup and some X-ray for one child. I've asked for an itemized receipt and I'm still waiting for it. I'm thinking twice wether or not I should look for another office.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to schedule an appointment for my toddler. Basically told to look for a different office because I felt uncomfortable providing my social security number. I've had mine misused from a doctors office before and it took years to sort and this is actually very common. You can look up tons of articles about how risky it is to leave your social security number at doctors offices. They almost never have enough computer security and any staff member has access to it. Anyways, they already had all our other information including our PPO dental insurance. I even offered to leave a cash deposit double the procedure cost if they are worried about being paid. The staff was extremely crisp about the whole thing and when I asked to speak to Dr. Dail i was pretty much told she wont have time to talk ever. Then i got an email telling me their office isn't a good fit and to call some dental referral number to find another recommendation. I'm really glad I never went there because if this is how they treat you before you are a patient, I hate to think how your treated after. Apparently, patients concerns don't matter here.

Dr. Dail, her staff and Dr. Yen, the anesthesiologist, provided top-notch treatment for my son and were exceptionally caring and friendly. They have my warmest gratitude.
