The admin staff is unprofessional, lies or is forgetful, and needs help. I was due a refund for services never performed due to insurance complications and it took months to get it resolved. I had to physically show up to the office and ask for the check to be written that day to finally bring the situation to a close. This is because they lied, or forgot, that during a phone call on Thursday 10/20/22, they said the check would be mailed from their office on Monday 10/24/22. I waited for the check in the mail, meanwhile it was never actually sent. After not seeing the check come in the mail by Tuesday 11/1/22, I called and asked if it has been mailed. I was told it was not and not ready to be, because it still needed to be reviewed! When I appeared in the office on Wednesday 11/2/22, they said the check was still not ready, on top of having the wrong address written down to mail it to. I understand it may have been a unique situation and difficult to resolve, however, it was terrible communication from them. It was very frustrating that I had to be the one to always call and ask for updates despite being promised multiple call backs. I was always patient and allowed a great amount of time to pass before calling them back to follow up. I wanted to give an ample amount of time for their office to reach back out to me, as they should have. Not mailing the check when they said they would was the breaking point. At the very least, please inform me that it has not been mailed yet so I am not endlessly waiting like a fool for something to come. I am thankful I was not in a situation were that money needed to be in my pocket instantly, otherwise I would have really been in a poor situation. Because of their negligence, I was unable to receive my money in a timely manner. There are no excuses for their unprofessionalism in this situation.

Dr Raio was extremely friendly and professional. The staff was very friendly also. A great first experience.

Called on 10/17/22 with serve pain, was able to get me in right away. Tooth had bad infection and had to be taken out right there. Removed tooth and took care of infection. Doctor Raio and his assistant did a fantastic job with me. As always, everyone who works there from front desk to doctors are super !! Thanks guys for everything today

I love my hygienist she is warm caring diligent and compassionate. The entire staff Raio Dental is warm polite and they make you feel right at home like a family and they will make you feel the same.

My father needed dental work to be done by a provider within his insurance network. All of the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable , patient to answer all questions, compassionate, and efficient. The office is very clean and was well lit. My father was very happy with the care and attention he received and plans to continue his care with this very professional office.

From x-ray to cleaning to checkup to scheduling my followup, staff was welcoming, personable, and helpful. They listened to my concerns and communicated the "plan of attack" for future treatments in an effective manner. I would recommend Raio Dental to any friends or family looking for a new dentist.

I went for a cleaning and Ashley did a wonderful job. She removed every stain in my mouth and didn't hurt me which is very important.

I had a deep cleaning done today ( I've had them a few times over the years). This is the first time that I can say I was completely relaxed, felt no pain or discomfort, I had a little numbing gel, no needles numbing my face like all the past places. Thank you Raio dental for making dentist visits a pleasure.
