I came in between my usual cleanings for a concern. Although a small concern, the staff still made me feel as if they were truly focused and wanting to help. I had multiple questions that they answered to the fullest.

They canceled my appt because I didn't confirm. Then gave away my appt to "someone else", despite zero people in the waiting room. But they can squeeze me in an hour. I'm sorry but I made the appointment and showed up on time with what appears to be nobody waiting for my time slot. But they still couldn't squeeze me in my original appt time. My family and I won't be going back.

Raintree Family Dental Care they have great dental physicians that address the issues. It appeared that the front office and the dental assistants made you feel like you were more of an inconveience. So I would only recommend this place for teeth cleanings. They take your x-rays and never send the pictures to that place where they gave you a referral. Please do a better job servicing the customer you have a great staff of physicians in that group. The did not work hard all their life for the medical staff to help them loose customers.

The staff at Raintree Dental are friendly and courteous. The dental hygienist is polite and makes you comfortable. Dr. Z gives you details on your dental status and makes you feel comfortable in knowing your dental care is being taken care of right.

I have been going to this Raintree Family Dental Care for over a Decade and have enjoyed every visit. The dental assistants are very sweet and Dr. Z is great at listening to concerns and helping to come up with solutions when needed. I have a sleep disability and grind my teeth in my sleep and they were able to give me guidance and get me fitted for night guards that help. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Lilly made my 10 month old son blush so hard while we were there. It was the cutest! This is a great place for dental work. Everyone makes you feel like family and they do great work.

I used to love this place as they helped me with my conditions all the time but for the last year I have not been able to get any appointments nobody returns my calls my text messages my emails and the one person who did answer said the soonest I could in was a year from now. Guess I have to find a new dentist. I like that you responded with a phone number but wouldn't answer the phone when I called once again this is why I'm going to a different dentist and this is why I left this review if you can't answer your phones there's nothing I can do but get frustrated

My family has been seeing Dr. Z for years. Him and his staff are the best around. They won't try to oversell anything or force anything on you. I don't know what I'll do if they ever close. Best dentist I've ever been to!
