I wasn't numb all the way, long story short, I ran out of there with my tooth halfway out of my mouth. I called them back and after calming down, once I realized my tooth was only partially pulled. I went back and got it pulled because I had no where else to go. My jaw is beyond sore. Not a pleasant experience.

Dr. Miller is an artist and a dentist. I have been going here for many years. About a year ago, I lost my front teeth and Dr. Miller explored my options with me. I do a lot of public speaking, so I needed perfection. Dr. Miller delivered! My teeth look great and natural and nobody can tell the difference.

My fiance called Raintree dental for a consultation on a tooth that was hurting him on a Wednesday. They could not get him in until the following Monday, so he took that appointment. When he went to his appointment, he was given on xray of the hurt tooth. The dentist, Dr. Miller, then came into the room and proceeded to tell my fiance that it was his fault that he had a bad tooth because he did not take care of his teeth. Dr. Miller was rude, condescending and completely not compassionate. Instead of talking with my fiance about options or delivering the news in a kind way, he was cold, hateful, and arrogant. After the dress down by the doctor, they then charged him $125.00 for an emergency visit, which it was NOT! We made the appointment the week before! I was a patient of Raintree dental and referred my fiance to them. When I called to talk to the office manager about the incident and the money, I was told they did not have an office manager and I was treated very rudely on the phone. I am embarrassed and very disappointed that I referred him to Raintree dental! Looks like me and the rest of my family are looking for a new dentist.

Always a good experience, even at my age still acting the baby. Dont like dentists, no offense...but it is always as pleasant as can be with these folks.

Super happy with the service I received at Raintree Dental! Everyone was kind and professional, and Lori was fantastic! She took so much time with me and both she and Dr. Miller were so helpful! My exam was extremely thorough as and when I left I felt so well taken care of!
