We have been with Dr.Moncus since 2007! Her and her assistants are always amazing! She is also trained to work with kids who are autistic and she's amazing with my boys who are both on the spectrum and she's so easy to talk to and always treats us with the most respect and love!

Today was my son's first visit. They were absolutely amazing with him. Dr. Tara told me everything that was going on with his teeth and what they were going to need to do. They were so gentle with him and talked to him the whole time. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

Dr Tara is amazing and her dental hygienist are all great this is our second visit at her office and there never been a bad experience ever ! She is amazing!! Miss her foggy though can't wait for next time when he's been trained I'd do love to have one like that gor my kids both on spectrum.. never have to worry about being judged at her office thanks guys u rock !!

Dr is great but its at least an hour wait after your appointment to be seen and takes months to even get an appointment. I have also had them cancel on me after 6 months with no warning. And try to cancel on me the day of while i was already in the office, after our appointment time. The dental assistant this time was very rude and snarky because my son spilled about 3 drops of his medicine so they refused to do the procedure even though within 5 min the medicine was fully taking effect. Honestly if i can find another dentist to accept our insure we wont be back.

My son is Special needs and just had his first appointment there and everyone thier from lady checking us in to the dentist herself is so nice and my son absolutely loved them.They go above an beyond to help you anyway they can!Thank you and God Bless!

Our appointment was at 9, they took my daughter back around 9:55. So there's a bit of a wait. The dentist has a high spirit and seems very nice and caring, she seems to love what she does & explains very well. BUT it's so odd that they don't let parents go back with their kids after the age of 4... that's just a little uncomfortable. Also, it's a pretty place, BUT they NEED more children's activities for how long the wait is, they only have a TV in the waiting area which isn't that great considering adults speak in the waiting area so kids can't even hear the tv, & they have a small table to play on with 1 game. There's not much although it's a children's dentistry and there's many kids that have to wait around for a turn on 1 game. As busy as they seem to be, they could put books, other games, or children's activities in the play center for the children. & the spread of germs can't be an excuse when they're all touching the same 1 game when they take turns on it. They should take the children more into consideration. They do at the end give kids small toys so that's really nice! If I could recommend change to them, it would be an entertainment place and allowing parents in the back until age 10.

I started taking my son here when he was 2. After they turn 3 you can't go back with them. Basically that was the last time I seen the dentist. If you had questions you have to go through the hygienist. Also get ready to wait . We have never been out of that place in less than a hour. We waited 1hr 30mins to get a cavity filled. When I went to the desk and asked how much longer all I got was she's running behind. So my son has needed two cavities filled since October and still hasn't got them fixed. If you cancel your appointment better get ready to wait 3-5 months for a reschedule. I will no longer be using this place for my sons dental needs.

My 3 year old grandson loves going to the dentist thanks to the great people that treat him so wonderfully. Just left from another happy visit.

Absolutely love this place! Not only is it beautiful here, but the staff and Dr. Tara are so kind and wonderful. I brought my special needs son, who is on the spectrum, here for the first time today. His first visit was a struggle as anticipated, but everyone was so patient and kind. We couldn't have been happier with the visit. Would definitely recommend!

We love going to Rainsville Pediatric Dental Village, we have been using them for years. From the beginning the staff and Dr. Tara were very patient and nice to my kids and me. My girls were nervous because they hate the dentist in general, but they put their mind at ease and our visits have been great. My kids love that they get to watch TV while they are there.

We had our daughters first dental appointment today and the wait wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. About 45m or so. The hygienists never get enough love so let me start by saying we had the SWEETEST, most patient one we could have asked for. She explained everything and did what she needed to as gentle as she could. She was wrangling a crocodile child so I'm sure her job isn't easy. Then dr Tara came in and she was sooo friendly!! Answered all questions and got through our appointment in just a few minutes. Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back. Loved the decor too. Super cute.

The sweetest hygienist and dentist!! My two year old was acting wild as usual but they distracted him until it was his turn! We drive about 35 mins just to see them! Definitely recommend!
