This office is very professional and friendly. All the staff was wonderful and helpful. They got me in quickly and I felt very taken care of. The nice front office lady explained all my costs, the assistant told me what she was going to do and the dentist was very efficient and nice.

What a clean, welcoming and friendly environment. All of the stuff are great -especially Nikki (I've been coming here for 10 years and even though 5 years ago I moved 50 min away I still continue to come here for the service and the attention to detail they have). Dr Spinelli is amazing and I'm so glad he's here to stay. I have seen many doctors (maybe a new one every year) during the last decade and am more than happy to travel from wherever I live to come here for all of my dental needs. They truly know how to give quality patient care and make you feel important, not just another number. Also, be nice to them -nobody likes going to the dentist but they really put you at ease. I've never had a problem with any of their work whatsoever. 5 star treatment through and through! Thanks Tacoma Ranier dental, you guys truly are the best!
