I called to cancel this appointment. They sent me this survey to fill out about my visit. I wasn't going to fill it out since I didn't go but they left me a condescending voicemail about how I "missed" my appointment today. Since they aren't able to figure out how to do something as simple as checking a voicemail than I don't think I trust them to conduct a medical procedure.

Today's visit was a 5 star visit. This small gem is working hard to improve and they have. I was able to communicate my personal needs and felt heard.

My husband and I moved to Sumner 6 months ago. We chose Rainer dental because they are super close to our home. Our first visit was this week and they didn't provide teeth cleaning with our visit. They told me I would have to schedule an additional visit to do the cleaning (while I was already sitting in the chair.) It was already not easy to find childcare for 2 toddlers during the day for the one appointment, and I have NEVER not had my teeth cleaned at a dental appointment. The hygienist took X-rays, then a lady who I thought was our dentist came in and starting telling me I have bone loss on my back molars. I was getting concerned because she seemed to think it was a problem. I asked if I would need my wisdom teeth removed because of this and was answered with "I mean it's your health, it's up to you". Upon asking if they give recommendations on wether to do this or not...she told me the dentist would be in in a few minutes. After the actual dentist came in (who was very nice) he told me everything looked good. To which I had to follow up with asking if he was concerned about the "bone loss" around my back molars. To which he answered not at all. Overall it was not a good experience and I will find somewhere else to have my dental work done. Hopefully they can transfer all those expensive X-rays they took since they spent 2 hours doing it!

Sumner Rainier Dental is awesome!! The staff is very friendly. The hygienest Natalia at the Sumner location spoke and educated me during the appointment which made me feel comfortable being there. Thanks Natalia and Sumner Dental!!

The hygienist Natalia was really thorough and super sweet. My teeth felt super clean leaving, the cleanest i've ever felt leaving a cleaning. Love the staff! Will be coming back in the future.

Dr Nguyen and Hygenist Lindsay are an amazing team that has cared for my daughter and myself with compassion, fairness and comfort. Thank you for all you both do. The entire staff is amazing, but these two go above and beyond to ensure the best care.

I've been going to Rainier Dental for about 18 years. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We moved from Puyallup to Renton and still continue to travel the distance just because we like the staff so much.

My experience was overall perfect I originally came in for an exam to see what needed to be done to my two front teeth and they were able to do the work the same day..The Doctor Who worked on my teeth was Amazing his name is DR.HUYNH He worked on my front teeth that had Tooth decay and some fracture I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month for my son and wanted my saw smile to look good and he did just that for me and worked really hard on my front teeth to make sure that I was satisfied I would highly recommend him and their services. Thank you again to Dr. HUYNH
