Dr. Raines is a second generation dentist, and a native of Camden, Arkansas. He attended Ouachita Baptist University from 2009-2013, where he met his wife Lauren. After college, they moved to Memphis where Dr. Raines attended dental school and Lauren attended dental hygiene school, both at the University of Tennessee. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. After school Dr. Raines also received training in implant dentistry from the Alabama Implant Institute, and is certified in a wide range of implant procedures, both placing and restoring dental implants.
Lauren is a native of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. She attended the University of Tennessee for training in comprehensive dental hygiene. She and Dr. Raines have been married since 2013, and have been working together since graduating dental hygiene school and dental school. Lauren is very passionate about helping others and enjoys working with them to achieve optimal oral health and prevent disease. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with their golden doodles, Bruce and Frank, traveling across the US and internationally, and decorating.

My appointment today was better then I'd anticipated. I'm one of those who have a very active gag reflex. This makes dentist visits very hard. They were very patient with me and did their best to clean my teeth without much of a problem. They also didn't shame me. One of the reasons for going to a new dentist was because I was tired of going to the dentist only to leave completely defeated and shamed.

Great experience, first visit to a dentist in many years and needed a good cleaning. Katie was very thorough and able to undo years of negligence on my part. Dr. Raines gave a once over to confirm issues and lack there of along with information about possible aesthetic work for the future.
