Very unprofessional, they book appointments and the dentist isn't even there. Leave you waiting for hours. Office is dirty & everything is falling apart. Neither the doctor or staff have any bedside manor especially not for children. Would not recommend to anyone

They held my 3 yesterday Olds face and made her scared of going to the dentist....it was her 1st time ever going and she normally loves brushing her teeth and smiling and all that but they made her not want to ever have anyone near her mouth again. They are not kid friendly. Will not be going back. They could of made the experience so much more fun and compassionate. Told me it was frustrating that she wouldn't cooperate, they caused her to not wanna sit in the chair.... who does that to a little kid?!? I do not recommend them for small children.

Worst dental care ever! 3 hrs in the chair to get a temporary cap. 7 months later it breaks off. $ WASTED!!!!

Friendly smiling staff. They are always patient with my child & me . Always answer any questions I have .. Plus my kids loves the balloons ..

We have been consulting with them for my kid for a year now. We are delighted that we found a doctor office like them. Very friendly, always smiling, ready to answer all the questions and confusions, and so on......Definitely recommend them..

My kids has been going to this dentist for 6 years now and it's the best service so far I recommend everyone to bring their kids I love Dr.Bathina and her lovely staff

After multiple failed attempts to have my toddler get dental cleaning, this office took the time and incredible effort/time to make it happen. My son is no doubt is strong willed and I am so grateful for their respectful persistence towards him (and me, the reluctant to hold my kid down mom).

Dr. Bathina and her staff are always respectful towards the adults as well as the children and also try to accommodate last minute schedule changes. The staff remembers names whether or not we all go and Dr. Bathina even remembers how many children we have. In addition to all of our children, both my husband and I are also patients. At Rainbow Dental we don't feel like we are just another number on a spreadsheet. We have been coming here since the beginning and we continue to come back because of the personalized care and attention that we receive each time we go.
