Dr. Psihas was one of the most professional, diligent and passionate doctors I have ever had. She explained everything in detail about procedures, Dr Psihas was very patient with me when I had questions on everything. I had.a lot of work to be done and she was compassionate in comforting me. She is the best Dentist I have ever been to. If you are looking for a new Dentist, Dr Psihas is the best out there

Dr. Chang has been awesome! Hands down the best dentist/endodontist I've had. I went in a couple weeks ago with a massive toothache and found out that I had 2 options: pull the tooth or root canal. I opted for the root canal. It was a relatively painless experience. Pre-numbed before he injected novacaine, was quick to address points that weren't quite numb enough, and friendly demeanor. I will definitely come back to address another tooth that will likely need a root canal. The office staff has also been easy to work with. Got me set up with a payment plan that's convenient for me. Keep being awesome!

Love Dr. Nia! I've been going to Railroad Dental for years, but today's experience was even more wonderful than previous visits. I moved and live extremely far away now and today I was reminded why they are worth the drive. I came in for a chipped tooth that happened a few days ago. I was so sad about it! Dr. Nia took such great care of me along with Dawn who assisted. Both have amazing bedside manner and you can tell Dr. Nia really cares about getting the job done correctly and making sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. I left feeling like a new woman! I will definitely be asking for her by name when I need work done in the future. My husband came in the day prior and saw her. He didn't remember her name, but he said she was really good and I would definitely know who she was if she was my Dentist too. He was right. She's awesome!

My mom was having severe tooth pain after chipping it while eating popcorn. After calling about 15 dentists in Woodbridge, I couldn't find anything same day. I tried my luck with Railroad Dental, they were able to get her in on the same day and not extract one molar that was bothering her but another which was in bad shape too! We were in the process of waiting for an appointment a week away but she couldn't take the pain anymore. I'm so glad they were pleasant, fast and I love how I was able to fill out all the paperwork online and e-sign everything.

I used to really love this place, super close to my house, but also friends staff, clean, open on Saturdays and some later evenings, but I've now been delayed 4 months on my cleanings because they have cancelled my appointments (2x) last minute because they have no staff or their staff had an emergency and then they have no appointments for weeks AND I was rudely told to basically deal with it. Well, who's going to pay for my deep cleaning when they tell me it's needed because I haven't had a cleaning in so long. Maybe they can just deal with the bill because I'm certainly not.

Each time I go to RR Dental I am impressed with their professionalism and their efficiency. A very competent group that is always pleasant to deal with. The office is modern, sparkling clean (very diligent with Covid preventive measures) with high end technology. If you need dental service, I highly recommend RR Dental!

The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and thorough. All of the Hygienists are funny and do an amazing job. I was in the middle of a crown and my hygienist stayed late to support me and the dentist. The hygienist even pushed back her appointment. My dentist is young, kind, patient, very knowledgeable, thorough, and will make sure your dental quality is perfect. Amazing team and I highly recommend them for your dental care. Love them

I have a flipper with two false teeth in the front of my mouth. One of the teeth fell out after hours on a Wednesday. I called Railroad Dental Associates in the morning the next day (Thursday) and they were able to get me an appointment that same day. Alexis pleasantly greeted me at the door, took my temperature (COVID-19 caution), and then guided me back to the room to be seen. I was super self conscious about my teeth, as it is embarrassing to me to not be wearing my flipper with the fake teeth attached. She made me feel comfortable and wasn't phased by my lack of teeth in the front. Dr. Nia came in and thoroughly explained what my options were. Alexis took impressions and created a masterpiece of a "temporary" retainer (imagine Invisalign material) with two teeth in there. It was ready the next morning (Friday) at 7:00 am (when they opened). I went in, and saw Dr. Nia. Dr. Nia made sure it fit properly. They had sent my other retainer off to get repaired and expedited it to ensure that I'll have it available by Monday. We now have a game plan of moving forward, and in my honest opinion, I think that the temporary retainer looks better than the original one I had looked. I'm so impressed and pleased by the honest feedback and course of action that Dr. Nia, Alexis, Dr. Psihas, and Susan came up with. I look forward to my next visit (which I had been dreading because I am not a fan of going to the dentist). It's very apparent how much the entire team cares and wants to make ensure that their patients are taken care of. Thank you Railroad Dental Associates!

So, I haven't been to the dentist in close to 15-17 years (really bad experience with a dentist years ago) and decided that 2020 was going to be my self-care year. The team was so helpful and willing, walked me through and explained everything (I really like to understand what I am seeing, so I ask a billion questions) and went over the x-rays with me... Basically puting me at ease so I understood what they were doing and why, not just doing work to rack up a bill. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know that is looking for a great dentist. From the teams in reception, to the hygienists, x-ray techs, assistants , dentist, alllll the way to billing, everyone is super friendly and willing to help. Thanks again to everyone there! I appreciate your consistency from handling my sons, to helping me with my oral repairs. You guys are amazing! Special thank you to Dr. Psihas for all of her time and care rebuilding the epically damaged teeth in the waaaay back. I appreciate all of the time you and Jeff took to make sure everything was pain-free and patched-up well.
