Dr. Saraf is nothing short of impressive. Moves quickly, efficiently, and accurately to make something as enjoyable as a root canal seem like a breeze. He is skilled at his art and is very good. Not to mention they could fit me in quickly where others were a week out.

Dr. Saraf is absolutely Amazing!! I needed an emergency root canal and had me in and out in 70 minutes and I didn't feel any pain. He was very attentive and made sure that listened to all my concerns. He made sure to save the crown that was in place so I do not have extra expenses. I have never had a more positive experience. I recommend this clinic 100%!!

I have had to see them 2 different times with emergency root canels. I was always treated great & Dr. Sarah did awesome. I get extremely nervous, the front office is amazing in calming nerves and making suggestions.

I recommend 100 percent to the very professional Dr. I did not feel any pain when he was performing the oral procedure. he was indeed quick and confident in everything he was doing. I arrived at 11:00 am and within 10 minutes he was already working on my case. this is the right place if you don't want to feel any pain during the treatment.

Wow! I had to bring my fiance in for an emergency root canal and he was so understanding, accommodating, and helpful. He personally took the time to make sure that my fiance was okay and to schedule an emergency appointment last minute. I'm so glad that we found him!

Can Rahul perform root canals? Yes. Is he detailed? No. He moves too fast in that office to properly analyze someone. Will he turn you over to a debt collector fast as heck? Yes! I received 1 phone call from the ladies in office and then they turned me over to debt collector for an amount he initially said I didnt have to pay. But since I pay my bills ON time, I paid the debt collector immediately

I had my first emergency dental appointment today! I was a new patient. I had been having trouble out of my regular dentist. Everyone was amazing! The front desk and paperwork process so easy, and no headache. I did not have to wait very long at all. They were all very kind, they all worked together, they see alot of patients but I never felt rushed in anyway. I was referred by a new dentist for evaluation for root canal. They got me in the same day for the evaluation and evaluation and treatment I'm so happy with so happy with the outcome.

Just like others, the receptionist called my insurance before I came to verify my copay. I was told $600 a few days before the appointment. The day of the appointment I was told $645. I paid the $645 and thought it was done. A month later I received a bill for an extra $100.00. If they are calling the insurance ahead to verify, why is everyone getting an extra bill? Sounds like they are adding extra billing codes after service.

I recently went to this office to get a root canal. It was my very first root canal so I was very nervous. Dr Saraf seemed so eager to get my root canal over with. He was rushed, very harsh. I was in pain when he started and I told him to wait because I could still feel everything and he tried saying it was normal. It got to the point that I cried and got so anxious that I needed laughing gas. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the office the temporary crown popped off and I went back. It popped off AGAIN and the doctor just seemed too busy to care. It's now been 3 days I can barely open my jaw, my gum where my tooth was done was black and the regular dentist I go to had to remove it, and my inner cheek is very bruised. I do not recommend coming here ever.

I highly recommend Dr. Rahaul Saraf, DMD for your endodontic treatments A long overdue root canal was required..My case was difficult because I had a full bridge on the bottom half on my mouth done over 20 yrs ago. I was also concerned about damage to the bridge. After consultation an appointment was made. The procedure took 4hrs over a 2day period. I'm so greatful to Dr Saraf for painstakingly working (drilling & filing) until he was able to access the tooth that needed the root canal. On the first day of the procedure, he realized it would be a difficult process while seeing other patients, so he rescheduled me on Saturday afternoon so that he could spend the time needed to complete the procedure. It's been 3 days since the procedure and there was absolutely no residual pain. Dr Saraf also did everything in his power to protect my bridge from damage. Thanks to Dr Rahul Saraf and his team for a job well done!!

Was a bit nervous of some not so great reviews but hard to find endodontist in my plan so I went anyway. Had root canal in very back, hard to reach with deep roots. Painless procedure, just a bit sore after novocaine wore off. It took just over an hour. Nice staff & office. Went to my regular dentist for temporary crown directly after. He said it was good, got all the root, ect. Was quoted $197 or $297 depending on difficulty due to Calcification, which he did find. But he did not charge me the extra $100. Perhaps because I did not require the temporary crown. So far I am pleased and would recommend. Update. Year later. Problem with the tooth. Will have to extract.

If you want to get infected and possibly covid, this is the right place. This dentist is so money hungry, stacking patients on top of one another. This doctor treats patients going from one room to another without mask and washing hands. I find it very unsanitary. The office is very old and dingy Don't want to be near this building much less go inside

Dr. Saraf is amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose and treat my root canal. I appreciate how quickly he was able to see me (meant he had to work late on a Friday evening).

Dr. Saraf's office took my insurance information to confirm coverage and came back to me with what my out of pocket expense would be. I agreed to that cost but months later received a surprise $380 bill for services that were not covered by insurance (a 3D x-ray). I would not have agreed to this had I known up front. A pre-authorization on their part would have prevented all of this (I will demand this for all future services having learned this lesson). I argued my case but they were non-relenting and eventually threatened to report it to the credit bureaus. Having been effectively leveraged, I paid the ransom but will not return

Went in for a consult, charged me $68 to look at xrays my dentist provided, look in my mouth once for all of 45 seconds and refer me to another endodontist further away and out of my insurance network. If you're too busy to treat me, when you get a call asking if you're accepting new patients, say no. Don't say yes, take my money and send me elsewhere. After talking with the doctor, he offered to help. I had to decline as I was unable to make the time he proposed, but changed from 1 star to 4 as he did reach out and was helpful.

DO NOT UDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO HERE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY DOCTOR OFFICE. I would give no stars if possible. I never give reviews but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what I am now dealing with. I went to this office because the office that my dentist usually recommends was undergoing a remodel and was closed. Before I went here I asked the office manager multiple times if my two insurances covered the cost and I was assured multiple times that I would have no cost. My experience was very painful and I felt like just a number, not a person. The doctor was rushing through everything! They even rushed me out the door when I had the first appointment in the morning. The bedside manor was non-existent. I went back to my dentist and said told them not to send anyone else there because it was that bad of an experience!! Fast wording to over a year later.... I receive a letter in the mail that I'm in collections for a bill from them. I was never notified or contacted and told that I owed anything!!!!! I was assured that there was no cost to me and then over a year later sent to collections for a bill I never knew existed! I called the office to see what had happened and see if it could be pulled out of collections (so I can pay it if I actually did owe something) since I was never notified of any balance. From what I could see, my insurances covered everything. The office staff was beyond rude when I called. They said that would look into it and call me back. They never called me back. Days later I had to call them back and I never got an apology for not calling back or an apology for never contacting me to inform me of a balance. They said that they couldn't help even though they never called me, never texted me, never emailed me, never mailed a letter to notify me that I owed them anything. The first notice I got was a year later from a collections agency. This is so backwards and messed up. I have never been treated so horribly in my life and they did not care at all! This place is full of rude people who don't do their jobs and will send you to collections without letting you know that you owe anything! Save yourself the headache and pull the tooth yourself. I guarantee you'd be in less pain and have a much more pleasant experience. Also from looking at other reviews now it looks like I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences with their billing practices. So unethical and corrupt.
