My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed & woke up during the procedure. She said she tried to let the dr's know. She said she was crying but trying her best to be strong. In the recovery room, I mentioned to the staff member what my daughter had just told me. They said it sometimes happened, but w/the drugs my daughter was given, she wouldn't remember it. She remembers it. At the follow up, & let them know my displeasure. They were completely unconcerned & actually told me, " well it's over & done, what do you want us to do about it"... I was really flabbergasted. Do not go here!!!

I was recommended here by a few people after moving recently, and after reading the reviews I was skeptical (1-2 star rating). I have to say without a doubt this could not have gone any more smoothly. 4 wisdom teeth and two cracked teeth fixed all at once and everyone was as nice as could be. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable and overall great people to help you with your oral needs.

Office staff is disrespectful. Appointment was for 9:30. At 10:15 I asked about wait. I was informed you don't get called back until you return paper work. Well that would be nice to know since you neglected to mention that. At 10:30 finally called back. No apologies offered. I will be looking for a new oral surgeon. I would not reccomend going here.
