Dr. Michael (Mike) Ragan is a native of the Dallas area and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas Grade School and Bishop Lynch High School. He met his high school sweetheart and wife, Cindy at BL. He received his bachelors degree from Baylor University where he was a baseball letterman for the Bears.
Dr. Ragan attended Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He received his post-graduate training in orthodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, serving as chief resident. Doctor Ragan is a guest lecturer as well as the past Alumni president at Nova.

Dr. Ragan has been in Dentistry for over 25 years and Orthodontics for 20 years. He is passionate about using the most state of the art technology to bring the best, smartest, and most appropriate care to you every day.
Doctor Ragan and his wife Cindy were married in 1994. Cindy is a teacher of a four-year-old pre-kindergarten class at the Episcopal School of Dallas. They have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Caroline. Dr Ragan enjoys sports of all kinds including hunting, fishing, softball, soccer, and running. He currently serves as the Athletic Department Dentist at the Episcopal School of Dallas and is a proponent of mouth guards for all ages, sports, and levels of competition.

Dr Ragan and staff are excellent! A great orthodontic office for adult patients as well as kids. They're so warm and friendly and make patients of all ages feel comfortable. He uses the latest technology to make the orthodontic experience as comfortable & easy as possible. Highly recommend!

As usual the entire staff at Dr. Ragan's practice were totally organized and I had no doubt that my son and I were in a safe environment. Dr. Ragan always takes time to explain where your child is in their process and I always leave there confident that we are getting the best care. Thanks again.

I had an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Ragan to see about shifting some teeth forward. Even as just a consultation they made me feel so welcomed and cared about. Christy was my assistant and her energy alone was so calming. Even after deciding braces were probably not the right choice for me Dr. Ragan took the time to discuss other options and advice with me. Highly recommend!!

From my very first visit in February 2019, to my final visit today, Dr. Ragan and his team have been the absolute best! They are professional, fun, courteous, flexible, and all around just great people. I never once felt uncomfortable. From the front desk to everyone that works in the back, they are all super personable and thoroughly competent. Any time I had a question or concern regarding my treatment, they provided prompt and dependable feedback and service. They made things easy to understand and never left me leaving the office confused or out of the loop. I loved every visit I had with them. I'd 100% recommend Dr. Ragan to anybody seeking orthodontic treatment! I have the upmost respect for all of them. I greatly appreciate every single one of them and everything they've done for me up to this point in helping me obtain the smile I've never had! 5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH!
