Dr. Rafael Chuapoco graduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines in 1986 and has been practicing since 1989. Dr. Chuapoco also attended the Advanced Restorative Program at the renowned Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in 1999. FACE is the worlds leading teaching facility on state of the art restorative dentistry.
He also graduated from the Comprehensive Esthetic Residency, Advanced Fixed Prosthodontics Residency, and the Implants and Complex Prosthodontics Residency programs in 2008 under the training of Bruce J. Crispin DDS, the founder of the Esthetic Professionals Dental Education Center.

Dr. Chuapoco was very detailed and thorough. He explained what needed to be done and what I could do to ensure that my teeth is well maintained. I highly recommend him.

The office is great with my kids and myself. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have been with them for 8 years and travel from Newark just to see them.

I found Dr. Chuapoco's office through the 1-800 dentist listing. I was new to the neighborhood and I was looking for someone close by who could do some emergency work on a broken tooth. Dr. Chuapoco did not disappoint. His office is small but inviting, and his assistant / office mgr. "Griz" is very nice and took the time to explain everything. She put my mind at ease and assisted me with all paperwork. The Dr. was on time and very pleasant to talk to. He is very calm and makes you feel confident in his ability. He took care of my broken tooth quickly and with very little pain. I walked out of there happy and surprised. I have continued to use Dr. Chuapoco's office for the last few years and highly recommend him to others. He always gives me options and is accommodating with my insurance needs. I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone who likes to be treated quickly, fairly and like a member of the family instead of just a number. Joe from Santa Clara

I have been seeing Dr Chuapoco since 2004 and am very happy with the personal attention I get from the Doctir, the hygienist, and the rest of the staff. They are all very friendly, warm, helpful in explaining the procedure and taking care of pre-approval procedures, if any. I would recommend Dr Chuapoco!
