Dr. Alsaadi hands down is THE BEST! I was a new patient today, and I can not begin to express how grateful I am to have found him!! He has an amazing bedside manner and a very calming disposition. I am always nervous about going to the dentist, but WOW I have never felt more relaxed and calm in a dental chair! He explained everything in detail and was so patient, he even personally called to check on me this evening. Outstanding, above and beyond care! The entire team is warm and friendly, and his assistant is fantastic! I just had to take a moment to say thank you and give kudos to he and his team! If you are looking for a new dentist in the Las Colinas/Valley Ranch area choose Dr. Alsaadi, like me you will be so glad you did!

Dr. Asaadi is an absolute G! Got my braces there, got my teeth aligned and the results are great! Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Gonna miss coming over every month.

They'll treat you like family. Dr is thoughtful. I went to another dentist here in Irving they treated me like a customer. Wish I came here first.

Everything about my visit was top notch. Making an appointment was a breeze. The very nice lady at the reception made the entire process so simple and personalized. She took care of follow up appointments as well. Hard to find such good customer service. Dr. Alsaadi is very patient and keeps you relaxed and engaged during the procedure. He was thorough in his explanations and made me feel at ease. 5 stars all the way. The clinic is conveniently located right on MacArthur with plenty of parking available. Insurance thru Cigna is accepted - network doctor. My go-to dentist for sure!

Everytime that I go the Dr the assistant and the front desk are sooo friendly, The Dr do everything to put you an ease, He knows how nervous and uncomfortable I get with Dental stuff. Always smiling big. He explains with high knowledge every procedure and whatever he finds on you

This dentist is hidden gem... they do it old school where the doctor is actually present 100% through the procedure. Very fair pricing.

The dentist is great! The lady in the front is not worth coming here. I called their office because they sent the wrong code to my insurance company, when i asked her to call my insurance company she refused to and said I didn't want to pay them the money and started yelling at me. When I told her to stop being rude and asked to speak to the dentist, she cut the phone on me. BEWARE and listen to everyone this place is not worth it.

Bad experience with Dr as well as with reception. Unethical!!! I had two dental extractions at the same time. In the middle of the procedure the doctor star arguing with his assistant. I was doing couples of movement because my teeth broken half and he need to pick them in pieces. He was treating me to sand me home unless I stop making a movement.

General Family Dentistry & Braces- Raed Alsaadi is an awesome place for any dental needs! They are friendly, patient, caring, and very thorough with their teeth cleanings. We bring the whole family in every six months for our dental care. Great place ! I highly recommend you give them a try!!!

I was highly disappointed as they denied me service after running my insurance and making me stand outside to fill out the paperwork when no one else was inside. They denied me due to me having a Dr note saying that I didn't have to wear a face mask. The doctor said he couldn't do my root canal since I couldn't wear one and would refer to a specialist. The only positive thing is that although they denied me service, they did work with me with having to constantly change my appointments and after reading other reviews, I may add that no one was ever disrespectful and they would have been the most affordable. :(

I began seeing Dr. Alsaadi in June 2020 after my former dentist retired rather than re-open her practice after the Covid-19 shutdowns. I have been very impressed with his dental practice, from the initial visit for cleaning and exam throughout a subsequent reconstruction of an old bridge that failed. Dr. Alsaadi's staff is always polite, cheerful and extremely competent at what they do, and his own skills as a dentist are extraordinary. Beyond that, his always calm manner in which he teaches his staff continually throughout various procedures exemplifies, and is a typical character trait of, those who are truly gifted leaders and craftsmen. They take exceptional and consistent care every day to ensure the safety of their patients and the people who work there. If you are looking for a new dentist in the Valley Ranch, Coppell, Farmers Branch or Carrollton area, you owe it to yourself to give Dr. Alsaadi a call.

Dr. Alsaadi is not only professional and diligent at his work but also cares about the patients' concerns. I have been going to Dr. Alsaadi for 4 years and would trade him for none other. He exudes confidence in his practice and explains the procedures in detail. He is meticulous and ensures patient comfort during and after each procedure. My 7 year old nephew loves going to the dentist now ( after meeting Dr. Alsaadi). Impeccable dentistry .

My husband has had excellent care from Dr. Alsaadi over the past 8 years. He is very thorough and has many options for various dental procedures. I had a small gap between 2 teeth and he was able to fill it without me needing an implant. Dr. Alsaddi and his staff are careful and thorough. I highly recommend him for any dental needs.

So happy I found this dental office, Dr. Alsaadi made my dental experience better than expected. I also took my daughter recently there and she has always had bad dental experiences but Dr. Alsaadi definitely changed her outlook on dentistry, he made everything so easy for her, was very patient, explained the process, and answered all her questions. His staff is also very nice, caring, and professional. They for sure have the best customer service and best dental care.
