My husband went to the office today for a root canal. The complete lack of any kindhearted bedside manner was very off putting. To the point, he actually told the doctor and his hygienist as he left that they severely lack in it. The hygienist didn't even give him eye contact or offer any kind words after it was brought up. A $1300 root canal procedure seems to have been done well, but it was done in under 25 minutes with such a hurried demeanor that they didn't even put glasses on my husband. When he asked for them as the light was blaring in his eyes, they seemed irritated he asked. I guess it was slowing down their nascar pit crew-like best time. Very disappointing as true good medical care is far beyond just the procedure itself, and it seems like they don't recognize the patient as a human being in the chair.

Very rude. Didn't care for him or his staff. I would not recommend at all as I had a terrible experience. Going for the money .

This Dr. is a lifesaver! I called his office with unbelievable tooth and jaw pain on DEC 23d just before the holiday. He was able to get me in. I was a crying mess and he saw right past that and got the problem fixed. I was stunned at how fast and painless the whole procedure (Root Canal) was. I had absolutely no pain after the procedure. I never even took a tylenol...it was painless. Thank you to Dr. Radke and his assistant and a big thank you to the desk staff as they were very helpful and pleasant. I will never forget how you all helped me that day.

I had two weeks of horrible tooth pain and my dentist contacted Dr. Radke to see if he could get me in as soon as he had availability. He was so booked out he stayed open late for me, which is amazing and says it all!!! I needed a root canal and an hour later it was completely done!!! I had no pain during the procedure and I have had zero swelling and only slight pain that doesn't even need medication from the healing process. I ABSOLUTELY recommend him without hesitation!!!!

Dr Radke was so quick with his expertise in performing a root canal on my daughter. I highly recommend him. His front desk staff were so professional so kind so patient so accommodating. These ladies really stood out!

He's a very efficient and effective doctor. He's also very quick. He's just plain good at what he does and his staff is very friendly and efficient as well. I've had a very pleasant experience coming here.

I am going to be brutally honest- I hate all things dentistry. Horrible experiences as a child mixed with complications from faulty work done. As you can see from my reviews- I have given great reviews for a couple oral surgeons as well as a standard dentist. They are all basically in network and referred each other. So my dentist as well as Dr Radke have one a number of fixes to pre existing problems that I thought were fine and done correctly. Dr. Radke is tough, to the point and no nonsense. While some people love that, I can see how others would say that makes them uncomfortable. Originally this had me feeling a little nervous, but after seeing how well everything went...he deserves 5 stars. The shots, which everyone hates were not bad. He puts a numbing agent on you and it is done with care. Clean place, nice place, industry standard equipment. Everyone has different insurances or none, so to the negative review about price...i think is a bit uncalled for. Amy at the front desk was wonderful in keeping me posted about the pricing. They gave me an estimate before I came in and it ended up being accurate at my time of pay. When I walked in, the lovely Amy had a big smile on and made me feel a lot better. Do not hesitate to come here. I was literally in and out within 45 minutes...I have had a few root canals done and the one not done by Dr Radke took over a hour, costed more, was more painful AND I had to get it replaced years later. Thank you!

Great easy going staff, efficient Dr. and fast service. No, pressure just good o" fashion honest. Root camel treatment was painless during and after the procedure. Great ex pie CR for being that it was my fist time.

My mother was referred here by her dentist. She had a procedure done in March. Prior to the procedure they didn't discuss any prices. My mother then received a bill for an amount that she didn't expect. My mother took care of her bill but believes they should go over all costs prior to completing anything. Customer costs should never be a surprise!

The last root canal I had done was 35 years ago. That experience is seared in my memory for the rest of my life. I don't know if the process had advanced over the decades or if Dr. Radke is just that good. Disregarding my anxiety level, the procedure and experience was as easy as it was painless, and the relief from the aching tooth was instantaneous.

Not a big fan of dentists to start with...good experience, so nice from the front office to the actual dentist work.
