Dr. Adrian Ruiz is a second generation Dentist, who earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1995. With over 22 years of practice experience, Dr. Adrian Ruiz has the confidence to help his patients get the healthy, radiant smile they deserve. Dr. Ruiz is a highly skilled and well-trained Dentist. Meticulous in his practice, he passionately pursues continuous learning to give his patients quality care and access to modern Dentistry.
Dr. Norma Miranda earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1976. With over 41 years of experience, she has changed the lives of thousands of patients with beautiful new smiles. She has a passion for dentistry, building long term relationships with all her patients, and is extremely gentle.
Dr. Khoramshahi (Shahi) immigrated to United States at age of 18 to pursue her dream as a dentist. Her parents past experience and challenges inspired her to become a dentist and make a difference in her community one smile at a time. She received her Bachelor of Science from UCLA and earned her DMD degree from UNLV school of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Shahi is very passionate about dentistry. She enjoys working with people and makes her best effort to address her patients needs by listening to them, making them feel as comfortable as possible and creating a safe environment for them.
Dr. Mary has one son, who is currently attending school to become a lawyer. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, loves nature, passionate about politics and doing volunteer work at her church.
Dr. Esteban Chaidez was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from USC with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a minor in Health Communication. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (D.M.D) from UNLV School of Dental Medicine. When Dr. Chaidez is not busy bringing out his patients best smile in the clinic, he enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Lipman was born in New York City, New York and moved to Henderson, NV in 1999. Throughout high school and college, he fostered an interest and passion in dentistry, ultimately leading to his graduation from UNLV School of Dental Medicine and fulfilling his goal of becoming a dentist.
Dr. Lipman loves what he does and wants everyone to have a great experience. He strives to make sure each patient feels welcome, and that they have their individual dental needs addressed in a friendly environment.

Specifically requested a tooth extraction. Got referred. Had x rays. Told them exactly what I needed. The receptionist ignored me, scheduled an exam on a day no oral surgeon worked, and they tried to bait and switch me. The dentist proceeded to treat me like a child when they made the mistake and rush us out because he wanted to go home early. This place is trash and the staff are liars and cheats.

My experience at radiant smiles was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, and got me checked in and seen by my doctor in a quick and efficient manner. The office is beautiful and clean and everyone is very attentive to the guests that enter. The whole experience was great and easy!

The service is so quick and efficient here. They greet you with a warm welcome and are quick to seat you and see you. Nick works the front and is so sweet! Great customer service!!

Dropped to one star from five star. This dental practice was excellent when the dentist did the cleanings. The hygienist they have now does not believe in using the cavitron. She uses old fashioned scaling instruments only. She only scrapes where she can see buildup. This DOES NOT get your teeth clean. I feel like I haven't had anything done.

Got a teeth whitening by Krystal. She was very professional and it all went very smoothly. Nick was great to help with scheduling appointment in a Saturday. Adrian Ruiz, DDS is an outstanding dentist. My experience with Radiant Smiles is always a 5/5. I highly recommend them all!

Satisfactory for any services rendered. However, I feel that they push very hard to upsell very expensive additional and unnecessary services. My brother-in-law (in the Midwest) is a dentist and confirmed this on three separate recommendations where I visited him and he did his own exam of my teeth. UPDATE: Last visit they refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to a $500 additional (uninsured) procedure. Suspicious that my teeth got so bad in 6 months?
