Look, I'm not saying that this isn't a good dentist. I'm sure that for regular people, this is a great dentistry! However if you have any sort of dental trauma, this is not the place to go. I went here and made sure to explain my dental trauma and my fears, as I hadn't gone to the dentist for a long time due to it. They assured me that everything would be fine and they would be happy to see me. My first appointment went okay, as I needed some teeth removed and they referred me to a few different places. The second time, however, was not a good experience. Due to my trauma, I needed to end my appointment early. The entire time that I was leaving, I was being told that I was a "baby" and "not being brave enough" to complete my appointment. I was literally crying in the office and they continued to make those comments. When someone has any sort of dental trauma, it needs to be understood that it takes a lot MENTALLY just to GO to an appointment, and so those comments can cause someone to further delay their dental care, to have low self esteem, and to completely give up on dentists as a whole. If you have dental trauma, this is not the place for you.

The best dental service that I have visited so far. It's night and day comparing to my previous service, which was a nightmare. The dental assistants are nice, cheerful and friendly. Dr. T. Bui is thorough and very professional. I will highly recommend her to my friends.

Been going to Radiant Smile for almost 2 years and every visit was a satisfying as the last. Dr. Bui and her staff are dedicated, caring, and truly want the best for their patients!

Dr. Bui is the best dentist in San Jose PERIOD. She didn't just fix my teeth today but also my soul. I can't thank her and her staff enough. If you need a dentist in the area I highly recommend coming here.

Seriously love this office and love the staff here. I love my new Dental office! Dr. Bui is seriously the best Dental dr ever!! she makes you feel comfortable and always has you involved in what she is going to do to your teeth. Staff is so amazing there and kind. the office is so beautiful and it just simply makes you feel so comfortable and calm. Thank you radiant smile and Dr. Bui!!

Because my insurance plan has changed and I've moved numerous times, I've seen a variety of different specialists for my teeth. However, no one has taken care of me this well until Radiant Smile. The service is something you don't take for granted and they made my trip such an ease. I knew my teeth were in good hands. I have Medi-Cal so they only cover one cleaning a year.

(Copied from my Yelp's review) TL;DR: Quality of service is superb. The staff and Dr. Bui are very friendly. I was due for a teeth cleaning during braces. Shopping around and I found Dr. Bui's office as it's close to my orthodontist. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I mistakenly booked a wrong appointment, and they were happy to update it at my convenience. I had regular teeth cleaning and the result was great. It was mostly surprisingly painless as well. I am impressed with the quality of service and could not be happier with the result. The office is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are vaccinated for COVID-19 as well. Highly recommend to everyone!

Dr. Bui is so friendly! She did a great job on my teeth. She was also the first person to ever clean my grand mother's teeth. My granny was super scared of dentists because she has very few teeth left. For Dr. Bui that was not a problem. She even saw us after hours because she was fully booked before year's end. She did her best to make the dental experience pleasant for both of us. I genuinely worry one day she'll be so booked she won't be able to see us. It's going to be fun going to our next cleaning!

All I can say is doctor Trammie Bui is GREAT. She is very gentle during servicing my teeths, explain teeth condition in detail and options of what should be done. Staffs are friendly and helful in contact with health insurance. The office place is clean and shine. Equipment is new and tools are sanitized to ensure germ free. You will happy, trust and satisfy when seeing doctor Trammie Bui. Patient Hung Vuong 09.16.2019.
